I confirm @JP-d third point with updating offline maps: it's nasty! If you have limited data space capacity and if you are doing often longer trips through several Countries - you will download only applicable regions (not whole countries). Truly, it's non-essential to update every week. But in preparation of the next journey (crossing different countries): it's tedious to find out, which regions are still downloaded, and and need to keep offline - or should be deleted (in case of limited capacity) - and other ones must be downloaded. Would be helpful to have a kind of "summary page" listing only the downloaded maps (with possibility to select and delete single items). it's not user friendly, in case of information about available update - if affected region(s) are not mentioned. After pushing the button "update", you have to wait a verry verry long time, for the update to finish! Ok, you can work with a "crowbar" and switch of Internet connection. This will stop the download. Then you can see in the ultra-long list of all countries/regions, which one shows the icon for not finished update. Then you can decide: remove this map, or keep it for update. Would be helpful to have a kind of "summary page" listing only the downloaded versus incomplete updated maps.

Hoi Henry Het is niet perfect maar wel super handig als je snel een route wil hebben die niet over de rijkswegen gaat. Dat het alternatief er langs loopt heeft meer te maken met het gebrek aan alternatieven op die plek

@white.mouse, een ticket maken is natuurlijk vooral zinvol als dit bij herhaling gebeurt. Elk incidentje melden lijkt me niet echt nodig, want je had het op dat moment al correct opgelost. Zorg dat je na zo'n incident kunt aangeven wat het tijdstip was (maak bijvoorbeeld een screenshot, met de telefoon tijd in beeld), en zorg dat je ook meteen een logfile opslaat (lang drukken op het versienummer onderaan je profiel pagina in de app. Ik weet niet precies, maar zo'n logfile heeft naar ik meen alleen gegevens van de laatste 24 uur of zo. Dat zijn zo'n beetje de belangrijkste gegevens om te melden bij het maken van een ticket, en support gaat daar geheid naar vragen.

@Jörgen I'm also not a (Bluetooth) specialist, but I'm willing to help. And sorry, I'm currently not able to test it because of seasons end. But I slightly remember, I had similar issues with my Sena 30K. I solved it by connecting my Navi at first, later my Phone as second (if necessary). The Intercom to second Sena 30K to my Sozia wasn't affected. My priority is to get navigation instructions. The intercom smalltalk with my Sozia has lower priority and may blocked/interrupted by navigation. The Phone may is connected primarily to be able to receive traffic information for navigation App. Friends/ team mates are connected by Mesh.

Een "work Around" is to make a dummy route!

@Hubert-Thoring, When you do not have local maps, and no internet connection, and try to start a route in online mode: the app will first ask you to go offline since you have no internet connection then it will throw this window: [image: 1763027211402-b31f2ed1-83a6-4d64-a552-8a4f040eb974-image.png] indicating that you need to go online since you don't have offline maps. Seems like a perfectly logical flow. I am not sure what more indication of lacking maps you would need. You are probably pushing to find things a bit too hard...

@Con-Hennekens , @Erik-Plaggenborg @Corjan-Meijerink Zur Klarstellung der Problematik: Eigene POI auf dem Startbildschirm der Karte selbst kann man nicht sehen !! auf dem Startbildschirm unter Suche kann ich keine eigenen POI auswählen, wie es Beispielsweise bei den Favoriten möglich ist, da geht auswählen und dann kann man weiter suchen, das dann auch auf der Karte. auf dem Startbildschirm kann ich keine eigenen POI unter Suche einblenden Beispielsweise aus einer POI Liste die es ja im Web als Auswahl gibt. Es wäre schön wenn man die eigenen POI über den Startbildschirm unter Suche mit einer Liste auswählen könnte um dann wie die anderen suchen zu können bzw. diese auf der Karte zu sehen. [image: 1762976582059-img_4886.jpeg] Hinweis: Beim Navigieren sehe ich meine freigeschalteten POI auf der Karte das ist in der alten und neuen Version so, das ist perfekt so !!

It is what it is for now

In the next update I've added a warning when you go offline and you are using satellite maps to inform you they cannot load properly

funny story by the way: if you are parking your motorbike in Gibraltar on a marked parking lot - police will push you away - because to use dedicated parking lots for motorbikes!! So, to prevent penalties, would be nice, to have such POIs available in MyRoute-App to find them on the street.

@Cleo, dat snap ik, maar ook als je even langs de kant gaat staan of een parkeerplaats opzoekt, is het handig als je de lopende navigatie niet hoeft te onderbreken . Mijn opmerking was geenszins een uitnodiging om al rijdend aan de instellingen te gaan knoeien uiteraard!
