Probably because the routing settings aren't available - most likely because you've selected "motor" as transport mode. The routes you load are maybe created for "car" and have routing settings.

Yes, the route when opening can really be a surprise, no matter just go, if you want it more precise several WP are very helpful... but don't forget that driving is important, no matter what the route requires of you, drive on if you enjoy it at this moment

It does not exactly answer your question, but the destination you mean might be in there. Another option that might work is to mark frequently used destinations as a Favorite (green circle). I know, you've asked for routes, but perhaps you mean a route to a destination? add a way point list to the skip waypoint button, or even better be able to select a waypoint from the screen when you have zoomed out or used the whole route button. As a rule I only enable location when I need it - mainly to decrease tracking. That is a minority view I realise, but it's not that unusual. I have MRA set to 'Allow all the time' but my overall location is off, which overrides that setting. Google Maps works perfectly well without location enabled, in terms of allowing searches, route creation, access to settings and so on.

Yep - can confirm, it’s working now in portrait mode! Landscape is still an issue, but that’s caused by the keyboard that covers far too much space. However, as mentioned, I don’t care.

The iOS update is unfortunately not yet available for iOS users (not beta). Is there a date when it can be loaded for all users? The App Store still says 5.0.0 VG

Yeah I seen that lock feature, I suggested it some time ago against raindrops but forgot to use it for locking the orientation The loss of focus happens mostly after breaks and me using the phone for other stuff returning to navigation after. I am on a Oukitel WP22 as my primary Navi device and my Samsung A54 which I use as my normal phone and Navi Backup and , not Android Auto (I use that in my car). I nearly only use the dynamic mode. tapping the Compass does not solve the issue - it ried that serveral time, only quit MRA and restart solves the issue. I'll try to do a screen shot next time, but you know during a 400km day trip I am enough stressed about solving the issue instead of proper documenting it:

@Corjan-Meijerink Excuse me for calling this up again, please include this as a small hint that is not in such a hurry. I have noticed that the message s. Image only disappears the second time after calling the same route, if there are really fewer POIs in the file. Conversely, the same applies if the file has more than 2000 POIs... Hi @Andy-W as you have correctly shown the manual does not mention the secret filter, The aim of my post was to have the function "Show Next Waypoint" to do as it says, if I have enabled "Show Next Waypoint" then show it at all times not hidden till you approach the point
