@Guzzist No comments or opinions on why you have conflicting views on a locked route with respect to how POIs work?

@Brian-McG on my helmet using a headset I can change these using the supplied app. In the car, adjusting the volume adjusts directions and music together. But trying to change volume of next app on phone keeps springing it back, but only when connected to car. If I disconnect, the app works as it should. The issue is that next app forces car to treat Bluetooth source as music. Google and other nav apps on the phone send their instructions as voice. So that’s a bug and an irritation to me as I can’t connect my phone and accept incoming calls at the same time (unlike in other apps)

@Brian-McG, Hmm... I think the buttons are dynamically filled into the available space. If there was not enough space, the buttons would be left out from right to left starting with the camera button. Or maybe even a third row would be introduced, but I have never seen that. Another theory @JP-d, Is your first image the web-planner opened from the "Routelab" button within the app, or from a normal browser window? It could be that the move button is omitted while being in a normal browser in desktop-mode. Yet another theory @JP-d, Do you by any chance have a mouse attached to your phone? The move button could perhaps be omitted because there are better means of moving in that case. Just theories, I do not have the means to try it out for myself at the moment.

You can also raise a ticket by mail to "support -at- myrouteapp -dot- com". These problems usually occur if people get accounts on multiple mail addresses without realising it.

Een gemiddelde van 50 km/u rijdend, komt voor de meeste mensen goed uit. Al ik met vrienden rij, is een gemiddelde van 30 km/u wat ik haal als ik de pauzes meereken. Even koffie drinken duurt al snel een uur. Voor de lunch zijn we al snel 1,5 uur kwijt. Dus 3 pauzes kost ons dus ongeveer 3 uur. 250 km binnendoor is gemiddeld ongeveer 5 uur rijden. Waar je ook bent in Europa.

not convinced - the number of routes shown is 696,708 which is the same number as for the UK. To be useful it needs to be a little bit local.

@stuart-marritt I’d suggest creating a support ticket. Please illustrate why it’s bad with some examples. I’ll then make sure it gets investigated

Please zoom in like you have to when looking for POI. Grey goes away and Routes appear. RT

@JJe-MRA-Motor als je zoals je zelf zegt al 2 verschillende kaarten hebt gebruikt bij het maken van de route moet je altijd heel goed opletten bij het einde. Zorg ervoor dat je dan de Here kaart gebruikt. De app kan heb gebruik maken van de Google kaart bij het exporteren omdat dat een overlay is en niet de onderliggende kaart

@Brian-McG If we're being precise, we're not talking about the map data that is displayed, but rather about the data used for routing. I assumed that MRA uses a service (i.e. a REST API) that takes over the routing and thus also accesses a server on which the routing data is stored. If MRA stores the routing data on its server (yes, as a snapshot), then the developers must also have implemented a routing engine (presumably based on one of the available frameworks). Regardless of how it is technically implemented, the OSM data is obviously updated in long cycles. However, we should bear in mind that MRA focuses on HERE data, which is why the time lag in OSM data is not so important in my view.

@John-Bruggemann Ist ein gebrautes, und ohne Sim da ich es über Hotspot betreibe. Ein iPhone Xr ist iP67 und günstig sowie robust zu betreiben. VG

@Bill-Harrison, My guess is that you added your Navigation license through the MRA app on your phone, and used another mail address for that. The app in that case probably logs in automatically with that other mailaddress. You can logout in the app, and login with your cat-profile but you will lose navigation options until support moved it to the correct account. Just browse to myrouteapp.com/support on your PC and submit a ticket there. The email address you used on your phone is visible when you click the hamburger menu on the top left, and then the profile icon on the top right.

@Jörgen Hallo Jürgen, das verschieben von z.B. WP45 auf die Stelle z.B. WP20 als vom Favorit ja ans Ende hier WP45 gesetzt dann an Platz z.B. WP20 zu verschieben ist aber mit dem zweiten Klick nicht getan, Du musst ihn verschieben und das geht nich mit klicken sondern halten und im Menü nach oben schieben. Oder kenne ich da die eine hilfreiche Klick Funktion noch gar nicht , dann zweige es wies leichter geht. Bei vielen Punkten ist das so schon sehr mühsam
