@Denny-Blew Your Gold subscription is for the website route planner. Because it is a website if there are any updates, they will happen automatically. Do you also have MRA Navigation Next?

It's the nature of each Navigation devices, to calculate (min. onetime after import) route by it's own algorithm. You can't avoid this. As others wrote: set many route points and compare in MRA-Routeplanner if route will be same in TomTom map. At least, export your route as gpx incl. route AND track (usually gpx 1.1 format). Then your group mates should import your file and should display on their screen both, route and track. Then it becomes obvious on each device, if it calculates the route exactly along the track.

@RetiredWingMan Yes true , or one short with confirmation I was thinking about. And the beauty of this is that you can see how the app wants to guide you to a next or previous waypoint without having to move or zoom in/out the map.

It's not really an issue with MRA per se but rather an issue with the Zumo XT routing algorithm that strongly wants to use main roads when "Faster time is selected". If it's any consolation the XT does its own thing even with routes produced in "Basecamp" I also have a Zumo 340 and 390 which I use on an old R1150GS that I've had since 2004 and with "faster time" set on the units and in Basecamp they produce what you see (on basecamp) is what you get on the 340-390. Not so with the XT I'm afraid. I have an Africa Twin Adventure Sport as my main bike now and mainly use MRA on Android auto for navigation now. I still have the Zumo mounted and mostly use it for handling proximity warnings to certain POI's I've loaded. This is one area were Garmin are still much better than MRA.

@Con-Hennekens @Jörg-VMS-e.V. VG ——- Sharing from one app to another app is not always error-free, this can be due to so many foreign things that are also outside the MRA. A clean app transfer from the app is according to my experience the file as GPX on the mobile phone between saving and then from MRA then import it. This is the best way to avoid mistakes. Also from MRA via WhatsApp shared GPX files to friends, please do not share directly from WhatsApp to the next app better first from WhatsApp save this file on the mobile phone then import from the e.g. BMW-CRA from there. In this way, the data is recognized cleanly and everything is taken over. VG

@Reinhard-32 Thanks! I tested it extensively and no matter what I did the HERE map created this little spur. Here was my interaction with their customer support team. Here was the initial response from Doha in customer support a day after I submitted the problem on May 6: "Thank you for providing us with this information. I’ve just forwarded it to our cartographers, so they can take any necessary changes as soon as possible. As soon as we have an update, we will let you know." And here was the second response from Doha on May 21: "We just wanted to let you know that our database was updated according to your request. These changes will be available on one of the next map versions which will soon be released to our users and we therefore ask for your patience in the meantime." I have found that the HERE support team and their cartographers are very receptive to receiving map issue reports and fixing them if they are in fact issues. I just verified that this problem has in fact been fixed on the HERE map and it now routes correctly. Best regards, Steve

@Corjan-Meijerink that’s great news. I’m using the Garmin experience as a baseline where I can start/stop , change routes and route options all from the device screen. I purchased lifetime subscription to both MRP and MRA so I’m in-it-to-win-it. The current MRA build requires too much interaction with the phone but has been stable in testing with my Ford F150 and wideband Bluetooth AA. Looking forward to the updates.

There are two ways to do this. You can do it via the Toolkit menu in the web planner or by using the app. Since you mentioned wanting to reverse the route upon arrival, open the route. Click on the pencil icon, then click on Menu and choose the 'Reverse route' option. Do keep in mind that you might end up with a somewhat odd route. Waypoints placed on roads with separated carriageways always cause issues or require adjustments. The software isn’t clever enough to automatically place the waypoint on the correct side of the carriageway for the return journey.

I have the same intention as @Randy-Pohl. It would just be easier to have an overview and to consider other stages in Excel with around 23 segments of our next tour. I did it manually by copy-paste and long lasting corrections of the cells for a weekly tour. But now...too much. So, because I'm not so familiar with dving in file properties and don't want to deal with it, I would of course welcome a simple solution.

@roger916, what @richard-3v said, if it is about the web planner. If it is about a route you want to start navigating in the MRA app, simply tap the drive mode, and select the drivemode you want to use. Be aware that changing drive modes potentially changes the route. Often it is better not to change it
