@Con-Hennekens Sorry Con, not everyone lives on MRA App! I have now finished my trip and not able to easily check this. However, I think I misunderstood – are the white arrows being referred to the ones at top left of the screen, or are you and Lluis saying the white arrows appear on the blue route line on the map? Whatever the outcome, I would like for MRA to be easier to quickly see at a glance which road to take when routes overlap (as described in my original post). I am not convinced the small black arrows @Jörgen showed would be easy to see at a glance – in the screenshot he shared it would make sense (to me) that the lower arrows should be on the right side of the junction, not the left. Approaching at speed and with vibrations I think you could easily turn the wrong way with a glance at this screenshot. @Corjan-Meijerink Maybe Corjan can consider this as it is not only me that experiences this problem. FYI, I use MRA Routeplanner for probably 9 months of the year to plan my next tour, but I only use MRA App once a year, for the tour (~2 weeks). I am happy to learn from all of you. All I am doing is reporting problems that I experience, that may help improve MRA.

I had previously done nothing with the GPX 1.2 format. Now it's my go-to unless I'm sharing routes with non-supported devices. As far as "persevering", the Garmin XT2/XT3 units perform functions currently not available in the MRA app. Functions I wouldn't want to live without. The Garmin's can be difficult if you don't set them up correctly, and don't completely understand their behavior. That's why many give up and go to a more generalized phone app approach. Regardless, I'm glad that you've found happiness with MRA on your tablet. You've found something that works for you.

@Ioan-Dragulescu No, not at all. But I switched to the DMD Nor7e tablet a few months ago.

@KurtvPoucke nee, maar je kunt daar wel (op voorhand) iets aan doen, door eerst de route in OSM te maken en deze daarna in HERE openen. Als je de OSM-route eronder legt, dan kun je ze gelijktrekken. Eenmaal rijdend is het, zoals @con-hennekens terecht opmerkt, niet te wijzigen.

Welkom Barbara en familie; Er zijn duidelijke handleidingen beschikbaar en op YouTube is er ook het nodige aan videomateriaal. En kom je er helemaal niet uit of heb je brandende vragen, dan is er inderdaad ook nog dit forum!

@Lynchy67 It is on the list for major maintenance of the website, just like being able to export multiple routes in one go. Please be patient.

@Garry-Davis exactly, that would have been my second advice, but you are one step ahead. You can choose your beloved app, to count a route to the petrolstation

Hi ! So, the bad news is that Transfagarasan is still closed for now, but it should be opened in the next two weeks.
