@Cleo Yep...just ask for an additional account and you'll get an offer from the Developer.

@Lex.Kloet.RX said in Update 5.0.3 - Device management: @Cleo blocking your account temporarily in case of having too many devices active, is an excellent manner to give "normal" users space to use the app on several devices and reduce the unwanted usage. So far i read it's not a tempory blockage because you have to contact support to unlock it The only thing you might be concerned about is the lack of response time. In my opinion, it would have been better to send a pop-up about this (rather) drastic change to accounts actively used on more than three devices a week before the transition, giving them enough time to manage everything. Even if someone is about to reach the limit, a simple notification as a warning might be appropriate. You can't assume your users have read every word of your manual. Otherwise, this forum would be empty. If you are on a trip, it's not strange to use multple devices as backup. If you have to halt your trip because of blocking a complete account i will not be happy but the boss who travel with me will certainly not be amused.

@Terry-Baker said in New update! (5.0.1): sometimes I like to explore the map and select a destination by tapping on it. Exactly that can be done from tha main screen no need to go to destinations first!

Very briefly, I just have to add this here: a bug with Remotek One and the MRA up to MRA V3.x suddenly disappeared with the update to MRA V4.0.x. The Remotek One still has its old H&S version. For a long time, I had a problem where, on an iPhone Xr with the keyboard control set to On, the MRA V3.x would crash outside of the navigation. So I always had to set it to Off, which unfortunately made some Remotek One functions unavailable. With the MRA update to MRA V4.0, I can now use everything because, with the iPhone keyboard control set to On, it no longer crashes. I'm happy with it, thanks for that! Info Klick From this, I conclude it was ultimately a button that was incorrectly positioned in the MRA... or rather, there were iOS updates at the time... as far as I know, it wasn't Remotek One's fault (Dag Jenssen). Maybe it's just a matter of time until it resolves itself, like in my case! I'm glad it's resolved and hope it stays that way, because it was a real pain in the ass. Thanks to everyone. Vielen Dank an alle.

@richtea999 said in Statement regarding battery usage: There are so many variables at play (.....) to pin it down Exactly! Too many variables at play to pick point the exact problem! And, if you read the posts of @Corjan-Meijerink, he already mentioned that he is been working together with the team behind the HERE map to solve this issue. And some steps are made so far to solve the battery drainage issue. However, i also do see the point of compiling a list of mobile phones/smartphones having the drainage issue. Users/owners of such smartphone are made aware that their phone has a battery drainage issue while using MRA Next app. So, asking the same questions over and over again can be avoided when you, as a smartphone and MRA Next user, are made aware of such a list coming with a short explanation of the issue. Other systems/applications are doing this in general on their websites. Not breaking it down in details, but more in generally/globally just naming the brand and model who are affected by the issue and what the issue is without getting into too much detailed explanation. But then again, @Corjan-Meijerink and his team must need to test every brand and model smartphone out there to compile that list! So, yes on one hand a list would benefit users while on the other hand it is a monkey's work to compile such a list! And my best guess is that @Corjan-Meijerink and his team can put their focus and efforts on fixing the drainage issue (together with the HERE team) instead of wasting valuable time testing every device and compiling a list. I know and i'm fully aware there is a drainage issue which affects almost every smartphone. I also know that MRA is working on it. So, for me, knowing this is all the information i require and need. And i'm waiting patiently till this issue if fixed. Or at least minimized. By the way, i have a 3, maybe, 4-year-old phone, namely a Oppo Find X2 Pro. My smartphone was also suffering from a huge battery drainage issue. After the latest update is was not solved completely, but it was reduced remarkably. So, the MRA team is really putting in every effort to crack this case and solve it! And it certainly needs to be said: the entire MRA team certainly does their utmost to keep all MRA users satisfied! The MRA users are heard by the MRA team. Keep up the good work!!!

@Corjan-Meijerink said in Statement regarding iOS 15: If you purchased a (lifetime) subscription within the last year and only have access to such a device, contact support for a refund. Otherwise this is perhaps the perfect excuse to buy a newer phone Corjan That's a very accommodating solution.

@Corjan-Meijerink I'm happy about your work and about availability of SilverFox controllers in shop. I know several users love this remote controller. But I feel bad myself to ask again about integration of RemoteController2 from DMD. Please apologise. This controller from DMD is important for users, which are driving a lot offroad. In this bumpy and shaking situation, it's impossible to operate such 4-way switches (mini joysticks) in a correct way. DMD RemoteController2 therefore has a 2-way switch which can be operated in such situations much better! Please please find a integration also für this controller. Thank you

Thank you for this update! The option to follow the route as a track and automatically skip waypoints finally allows me to properly navigate my routes created for TomTom with the MyRoute app. This has made the MyRoute app my favorite navigation system.

Exactly how I intended it to be. We force track navigation as it works great now and it's the only sensible choice for OSM / TomTom routes

@Con-Hennekens said in Explanation + video route navigation versus track navigation (update 4.3.4.): @Bouke-Ent, POI will still be visible. Gas stations too, but you will not be able to add them to your route-track (because it is no route anymore). thanks for info. Bouke
