I've made some adjustment in the next update (as no critical issues discovered yet, no expected release date): Planner aligned with rest of the app regarding avoidance settings Moved planner route optimisation to main menu (that's why it was called "Route options" in the first place as it could contain one other setting that isn't an avoid options) Added the "Allowed roads" header to all places to indicate you select what is allowed Kept the menu item to be called "avoidance options" as that's clear to all That said: green is always the allowed option and red is forbidden (hence avoided)

For me the update failed, so after starting or trying, I ended up having no offline maps. I just started a new download and the download succeeded. So it looks like the update procedure may have issues or it was something else causing not having any maps offline available.

@Brian-McG Ah, good work, Brian! I only use 2 voice prompts (to minimise distractions) so that may well be the problem. I have changed to 3 prompts.

Turn on sound in settings.

In this case, it is recommended to set the app to automatically skip WP, or to use a BT keyboard to see early by zooming that an illogical reversal follows. VG

Hello I have experienced both of these problems. On the Carpe Iter it would freeze mostly shortly after loading the route but occasionally while riding (usually when approaching a complicated motorway junction!). On each occasion a restart of the tablet "fixed" the problem. On my Oukitel device it only froze during a journey. Again a restart "fixed" the problem. I've noticed particularly on the Carpe Iter that it sometimes stops tracking the route for a short period but then jumps to the correct position, which is what I would expect to happen if contact was lost with the GPS module. Did a support ticket get raised for this - I couldn't find one.

@Dave-Edge Thank you for that piece of advice. I haven't used the combination of Chigee & MRA before so it was a trial by 'fire' so to speak. I appreciate that the wheel could be used but didn't know how so you advice is very much appreciated and I will give it a go next time I am out. Many thanks

Hi @Mopetenpit thanks for sharing the route, like @Marinus-van-Deudekom I can see nothing wrong with it I tried simulating driving the route, I had to split your route as I can only simulate a small section up to your point 8, & it works fine in offline mode As soon as I join the motorway at point 2 it says point 3 is 63 miles away & the instruction for my next turn is also 63 miles, so seems to work perfectly I don't know why you got a different routing, sorry could not help more If you manage to repeat the error then I think the only way to find the answer will be via a support ticket & submitting a logfile of the problem

I, on the other hand, noticed a different thing on the iPhone 16, if you put the Michelin map everything seems more zoomed in and I don't understand why...
