Ik ben mening dat eenmaal op de route het nog te lang duurt voordat de route opgepakt wordt. Eenmaal op de route werd nog minimaal 3x herberekend voordat de route hervat werd. Ik was toen al een paar kilometer verder. Als het nog goed herinner was ik ongeveer op de helft tussen punt 10 en 11 toen de eigenlijke route pas werd opgepakt. Bij het rijden van een traditionele route is die ervaring identiek

@Corjan-Meijerink, seemingly yes. I don't mean to be overly critical (you know me ) but it is funny to see that MRA app and HERE WeGo (based on the same HERE SDK) are suffering from it, while other apps like gMaps and FlitsMeister seem not to suffer from it. There seems to be a link to the HERE SDK?

@Frank-Scheffler Auch bei mir das gleiche Problem. AA stürzt bei mir leider ab und zu ab. Danach muß am Handy neu gestartet werden. Andere Navis beeindruckt es nicht! Gruß

@Armin-Philipp Same here in Norway, tunnels can be long. But it recovers after exiting the tunnel. TomTom assumes that you drive at the same speed and updates the navigation accordingly. Would be nice to have this too.

Als je een route inlaad in een andere navigatie of planner, ben afhankelijk hoeveel waar de routepunten geplaatst zijn. Bij een route bepaald de navigatie of de routesoftware zelf hoe de route tussen 2 routepunten zal gaan lopen. Hierdoor is het gebruikelijk dat de routes niet identiek zullen zijn. Wanneer je een track inlaad is dit probleem een heel stuk kleiner. Je bent dan nog steeds afhankelijk van je navigatie of routesoftware. Maar deze wordt veel meer gedwongen om de oorspronkelijke route te volgen.

Der Routenplaner in der mobilen App enthält kein Fahrrad, da die Navigations-App nicht mit Turn-by-Turn-Anweisungen navigiert, sondern nur der Liniennavigation folgt. The route planner in the mobile app does not contain a bicycle, as the navigation app does not navigate with turn-by-turn instructions, but only follows the line navigation.

@Wilco-Jansen, if you navigate without Carplay (you can test that by removing your phone from the carplay device, not by just enabling the phone screen), so natively in the app, does it do the same thing? If all goes well by navigating on the phone natively, there must be a discrepancy in the GPS data the Carplay device gives out. You can test that by disabling location permissions for the carplay app on your phone. I don't know hoever how to do that on an iOS device. The MRA app falls back to the phone's GPS signal if it can't get one from the carplay device.

@Con-Hennekens perhaps. I'm surprised this hasn't come up before. I got really frustrated and just went the long way to manually find my routes. But sometimes you can't remember where you put a route but you remember it was in (Scotland) so you search for Scotland and get all your routes with the word Scotland in them. Hopefully we'll get a reply from @Corjan-Meijerink about this as 95% of my routes are set to Private.
