@Tony-13, these regions usually refer to provinces, counties, sub-states or other names for official divisions of countries into smaller parts. It is HERE who assembles these regions. So if you know you will be travelling to Catalunya, you only need that part. But to be honest, with the available memory in modern phones, it is almost a nobrainer to download the complete country.

If Spain was divided into North, West, South and East, like you suggest, where would you expect Madrid to belong to? 😉

Dat gebeurt echt razendsnel! Maar er dient wel een synchronisatie getriggert te worden. Dat gebeurt op verschillende momenten:

bij het starten van de app bij het openen van het routemenu bij het selecteren van een route (of alle routes) voor synchronisatie misschien vergeet ik nog wat 😉 bij het handmatig aanklikken van "synchroniseer" via de 3 puntjes in het routemenu

Alleen die laatste is dus een handmatige actie, maar in de praktijk zal automatisch gesynct worden zodra je iets doet met de app of naar je routes gaat kijken. Als je de app al open had staan in het routmenu, terwijl je op de website iets verandert, zal er dus niet direct iets gebeuren.

@Marinus-van-Deudekom als TomTom het kan maken dan moet het toch een uitdaging zijn om het voor elkaar te krijgen 😀

Die Linienbreite und Transparenz lässt sich auch jetzt einstellen, ich war mit dem alten Design auch nicht zufrieden und finde es jetzt super gut.

Gib MRA noch eine Chance, du wirst noch so viele Dinge entdecken, die kein anderer bieten kann.

True, but that would require you to go through each and every folder you have because the folder structure is maintained, so therefore no "easy' or "quick" overview of the (all) synced routes is available. 😃

Wow, too bad this is not possible within iOS. Hopefully the feature can be built into the app in the future 💪

@Rob-z Inderdaad gemakkelijk als dit gewoon via een overzichtspagina op te vragen is ergens op de site.
Voor Duitsland heb ik zelf inderdaad even moeten zoeken voordat ik helder had welke gebieden wel en welke voor mij niet interessant waren om te downloaden. En de voorbeelden liggen er nu. Nu nog de pagina!

Thanks for referencing this post - that's exactly what my experiences are. Most of the time, it's just about the correct wording 😊

I've just learned we have three modes that can be cycled with the compass button:

"top-down" (heading up) with fixed zoom "dynamic" (heading up and tilted) with auto zoom "north up" - according to @Corjan-Meijerink with auto zoom either (need to recheck this)

@Peter-Schiefer I am talking about the steps later, when my works is done and I have worked out the POI's of my interest, that I want to visit (or not).

So, I have prepared my own custom list of POI - the way I arrange, categorize, and use them, with my prefixes as said - this is my organisational structure.

I don't want to access common or published POI. I want an easier access to my custom POI (and yes - some of my custom POI may equal to published and official ones, but I create my own ones on top, to distinguish between those I care and (may) want to visit - all other ones I disregard).

If you try to search for your custom POI while at the navigation screen with the magnifier glass you will not be successful, you can search only for public POI and by category. You cannot search by free text to find your custom POI; this is my request.
