Alright, thanks. I saw your post (and another - they're linked in my original posting) - but I guess I didn't understand that it just boils down to "HERE doesn't support it, so MRA can't offer it" (more or less).

@Jack-van-Tilburg, I guess your IT service was very happy to increase storage space every now and then Nowadays we have versioning built in to filesystems. But anyhow: I think adding a small symbol to "save as" can make some people happy and it does not intervene with your methods.

TomTom GO app is also a good alternative. Tomtom use traffic info when starting a route and while riding. You do not notice this most of the time but it works. MRA Routeplanneer works very nice with TomTom GO. You can create a route on TomTom's own map.

My previous comment about this feature still stands Currently our focus lies with the general app stability (especially regarding CarPlay and Android Auto) but this is still on our backlog of community requests.

@Paul-Croft-0, There is no reason for the choice of map to be of influence of spoken instructions. There must be another reason for you to experience that. However it is wise to plan your routes on the HERE map of you want to navigate them with a HERE map device (like the MRA App or a Zumo for example). In case you want to use both app and TomTom, in the toolbox there is a feature to compare them (so you can equal them). There is however a problem with spoken instructions in cases where a waypoint is too close to a junction. Maybe that is your reason for instructions to be absent? Or you might need to up the volume on your phone while it is connected through BT with your car speakers. And of course check the audio settings in the app first.

@Fred-Gilbert there was a Here update a month or so ago that required an update and all previous downloads were removed.

We are currently working on a massive CarPlay / Android Auto update to improve stability and general usage. Bear in mind that complex visual information such as displaying the upcoming waypoint number in CarPlay might not be possible to certain restrictions of the ecosystem Within the app we are free to do whatever we want, in CarPlay / Android Auto certain restrictions apply.

@Werner-Kaltenecker No this is not possible while navigating. You will need to restart the process from the beginning. You can choose which route point to start from after restarting.

@Lynchy67 Sounds great. By the way, the coastal superhighway between Palermo and Messina wasn't that great, IMO, and with apologies for any Sicily fans who might be here! There were some nice views, but an amazing portion of the road is in tunnels, so you miss a lot of great views. If I were to do it over again, I would skip that part and go back through the more mountainous central part of the country. Vinnie

@Corjan-Meijerink Great, this is excellent news because now to remember the planned time in a stop point I have to go back to "Route Lab" and check the detail of the Waypoints list, it can be done but it is much more inconvenient than reading the planned stop directly during navigation .
