Is ook commercieel niet interessant om maar één van beide te ondersteunen lijkt me. @Naessens, Momenteel zie je het meest de merken Elebest en Carpuride. Zou je ook de toepassing van een rugged phone overwegen? Waarom wil je persé Android Auto op je motor, en niet gewoon Native Android?

@Brian-McG Thank you for your reply. Clunky interfaces are not a big problem. Functionality is more important, and I tried Osmand some time ago. Didn't know it has this functionality. I will try the merge functionality in MRA too. Thank you!

simple use save as and then mydrive. it will show up in mydrive app and tomtom go or rider as a track. it will take sometimes a moment say 10 minute. if it does not show go to settings in tomtom app or rider and log off and again log on and wait a short time.

@ralph-swinkels yep niet alles van de app is ook zichtbaar op carpuride Android Auto etc. Dat komt door de juridische beperkingen op deze apparaten

mooie duidelijk verhaal hoe jij tegen navigatie opzet kijkt. ik reed ook 2 weken met deze versie en herken deels ook wat aantal punten. ik rij echter kaal op de telefoon en zonder headset. aanwijzingen kwamen ook niet altijd door, maar melding passeren route punt wel. dat jojo van het scherm als ik stil stond ook 2 maal gehad maar ik denk dat dat aan mijn telefoon lag en gps ontvangst. op backup telefoon een a40 heb ik dat ook met fiets app komoot. ik heb zowel met route als track gereden en automatisch overslaan staat uit. op zich deden beide het goed. track voordeel je kan lekker afwijken en route je krijgt meldingen van punten en info over benzine (niet geheel betrouwbaar in zuid frankrijk).
