@Alex-Weiss first issue is being investigated! Regarding the second issue, if you were still driving a route (the phone would display the option to resume), Android Auto will load that route instead of the online last route.

@Philip-Goh, That is not a bug, but by design The planner is multi-platform, to sustain users of TomTom and Garmin devices. But MRA's own navigation app uses HERE maps only.

@RetiredWingMan Thanks for looking. I just adjusted all the waypoints to be exactly on top of the MRA generated route line, although I don't think that impacted the missing route section. For now, I've written it off to something wrong with the original downloaded map. As I mentioned, performing a fresh map download seems to clear the situation up. I'll be riding that route in full early next week. I want to see it run successful to have complete confidence in NEXT. The Garmin Basecamp/XT combo has its share of warts, but I've never experienced anything like this.

As mentioned before, it´s not the first time that happened. Another example: Plan [image: 1713364559735-plan.jpg] Reality[image: 1713364583654-realit%C3%A4t.jpg] At some point I was aware that I was not on the planned route because it could see the "white line" in the distance on the screen. I have no idea why NN skipped that waypoint and I did notice too late. Audio announcement would be nice in that cases. I did check with G**gle maps, the originally planned road was not closed or had any other issues at that time.

@Tony-13 - I have the same issue in my 2020 Ford Focus (Sync 3) using a Samsung S20FE connected to the Android Auto via a USB cable. I have tried everything, the sync 3 and phone are all up to date.

From my experencies with Android devices. Other apps can break the connection. Just something simple like a beep from your message app.

@Makro Sadly, unlike the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store does not list the languages supported by the app, so yeah, maybe MRA could add that list to the description of the app themselves, or show the list in some other place. According to the Apple App Store entry for MyRoute-app, this is the list of languages supported by the app: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish.

@Aiello-antonino There is a way to do it from the mobile app. You need to download the file to your phone and then upload it to your route library by the method I explained above.
