Seasonal closures

Hi, I guess lots of us are eager to know when our favorite mountain pass opens again after the winter, and more or less have our array of web pages to know the current roads condition. I wonder if maybe sharing these websites could be useful to the whole community, as I had my difficulties finding nice and reliable pages.
I did a quick search in the forums and found nothing about this topic, so I though about starting the list. I will try to keep it updated with your updates and/or corrections.

The most reliable list for Norway is from the Norwegian Road Authorities itself ;
