I registred a support ticket:
#26917 Routes kunnen niet geopend worden -
I was having the same problem, the opening of my existing routes now works but I’m now getting the following error message:
“ HERESomething went wrong while calculating the route. Please make sure all waypoint are on roads and reachable using the selected transport mode and try again.”
-
Hello everyone,
We're trying to replicate the issue but are unable to do so. Could you try to share some links to those routes so that I can try to open it on my end, see if there's something going wrong there? Because as far as we can see everything is working as intended. Which means something somewhere went wrong.
kind regards,
Timo

Working fine here, with old routes`and new routes

@Timo-Martosatiman-MRA In fact, it all starts with an interruption in the line between two points. The route was missing but the waypoints were not. When I close and restart the route, it remains on standby and no longer opens.

The same problem here. When I use the Openstreet map, then it works. I think the problem is related to the map which is used for calculation. And / or to the account.

https://www.myrouteapp.com/nl/social/route/5327654?mode=shareTested your route both on MS Edge and Google Chrome, both load the routeplanner correctly and show the route. On chrome the loading took a little longer (a little strange, but nothing otherworldly) but the route loaded. How long have you waited? Do you see the blue web-loading bar on the top of your browser move at all?
@Reinhard-32 thank you very much for this info. While I can't reproduce this myself this will help our developers in the search for a solution.
Kind regards,
Timo

blue web-loading bar on the top
Yep I see the blue web-loading bar on the top and it goes smoothly all the way to the right. But after that nothing happens.
So that's also the answer to your question how long do I wait.
So it doesn't matter, nothing happens. -

Also tested on my iPhone, with only 4G.
The routes don't load there either. -

Are you testing on a "stand-alone" computer?
Or is that computer connected in any way to a "MyRoute" (management) network? -

@Timo-Martosatiman-MRA For my part, the problem arose during the calculation at waypoint n ° 8. The road between points 4 and 5 has disappeared and nothing more happens. If I reload the page, no route appears anymore but the points are displayed ... If I open another normally calculated route, the route also does not appear as if the previous failure blocked any loading

Neither Routes or Tracks load.... I have tried on computer (iMac) and phone (iPhone7), neither work.
-
I have now installed Google Chrome on my MacBook. With that browser I can open existing routes. But that is very slow.
-
At my I-Mac with Big sur and the safari browser I can't load routes. With the crome browser I can plan a route at the here map but the response is very slow. I think there is a big bug in the MRA System.

I wonder if there is a connection between the malfunction and the upgrade of the waypoint menu. -

I wonder if there is a connection between the malfunction and the upgrade of the waypoint menu.@Jack-van-Tilburg MRA has added the new waypoints and I guess some other updates either.

Hi
I am getting the same problem on Firefox, but on Android is OK. any old route more than two waypoints long is not loading or failing.

I have tested MRA in at a Windows 10 computer with the chrome browser. I works but not smooth.
