UK roundabouts

When following a route, on approaching a roundabout the voice instructions are correct but the visual instruction (top left of screen) goes the wrong way round the roundabout. So 3rd exit displays as 1st exit and the route line goes anticlockwise around the roundabout.

This morning I uninstalled and reinstalled app but no change.

@tony-v That's unfortunately a known issue with HERE. The information they provide at roundabouts is inconsistent and often incorrect since one if their updates

@Ray-Weal can you confirm the issue still exists?

I received word from HERE on Friday saying changes have been made regarding the roundabout exit angle issue. I do see significant improvements for the test cases I did in The Netherlands.

If you do still experience the issue, please share where it happened with a screenshot attached if possible (or recreate the route for me)

@Corjan-Meijerink does this fix need a map or even an app update to work offline? Or does it just work?

@Herko-ter-Horst not entirely sure to be totally honest!
I would recommend updating your offline maps to be on the safe side
However, I do think that being connected to internet at some point will be enough.

Route line in map takes correct route around roundabout but current and next instructions show correct exit number but wrong direction around roundabout. Also lane instructions are not always correct at roundabout approach.

I had exactly the same problem here in the UK yesterday.

This was using:

A. A brand new iPhone.

B. Freshly downloaded and installed HERE maps.

C. A freshly downloaded and installed MyRoute app.

@tony-v first exit is OK for me. The Icon is may be not clear enough.

@tony-v I doubt that's the same issue. Could just be a single roundabout for which the symbol doesn't match the actual road layout. At least it's not trying to send you the wrong way round or to the wrong exit.
