"unable to calculate route" prompt

Hi, I am using MyRoute-app on Samsums S10 offline and I have download route/track offline etc.. it works fine, but sometimes when there is let say obstacle on the track and i need to go a round it using other roads/tracks etc. App prompts all the time this text (unable to calculate route) and blurs the map, this is very annoying and it make navigation hard. Maybe there is away to check that away or disable it, that it will not prompt it all the time? Or if not can it be added that I can check it that this is OK and it will stop prompt it again. Because MyRoute-app cannot find new route offline if using track.
