Problem with export to MyDrive

Hello, I have a problem with exporting the routes in MyDrive.
This has always worked great in the past, but unfortunately it no longer works properly. I set up the TomTom map and then export the route to MyDrive using “save as”.
The route is also displayed in the MyDrive account. If you want to open it, all waypoints have disappeared.The route no longer appears on the TomTom Go app.
Am I making a mistake when exporting or has an error crept in here?

@Walter-Inacker For this you should use the Mydrive website. On the website the route must be new calculated and than synchronized with the app.

TomTom Go does not support via- and waypoints. It is only track based.
(I use MRA Next only on Android Auto. Every comment, suggestion, etc will be based on my usage with Android Auto)

@Walter-Inacker For me, that's how it has always worked: when using Save as -> TomTom MyDrive from MRA, you just get the track in MyDrive (now: Plan.TomTom.com).
To get the track to sync with the TomTom Go app, I've always had to change something about it in MyDrive (the name or just disable/enable the synchronisation), although syncing with my TomTom navigation device worked without that step.

That's pretty worthless... I assume the GO app is a free but limited offer?

Why is it worthless?What is better?
A route with 100 waypoints which are all mandatory and needed to get the TomTom follow the exact route. And the Waypoints needs to be skipped manual when missed.Or.
A track based route (with voice guideance) which always exactly does as intended by the GPX file. But no waypoints at all? And absolute no hassle when riding. Just drive and the TomTom fixes all your mistakes without user interference
In my opnion it would be a very good idea that Garmin users are gonna use TomTom Go or TomTom Rider for at least a year and then give their opnion. The TomTom software is much better than people realize. It is definitely the more easy one to learn.
Yes, the lack of via-, waypoint support can be negative sometimes. But how many waypoints do you really need in a route? Normally no more than a few.
Set those waypoints as a favorite in your list of favorites and the icon appears on the screen when you reach that location. Just like a normal waypointGarmin and TomTom are two differents worlds. Both have their strength and weaknesses. Bot are very mature devices/apps. You need to get used to both. That is for sure

@M-Schrijver, Waypoints are needed for a multitude of reasons. I think it makes no sense needing to explain that on a routeplanner forum

I am not turning one disaster into another, thank you. Mind you, this is coming from a former Garmin adept.
Garmin and TomTom are two differents worlds.
Oh, I know, believe me. There is a third world however. It's called MyRoute-app Navigation Next
I most certainly do NOT need to get used to TomTom, neither Garmin. The latter of which I think I quit had the hang of, until Navigation (Previous) obsoleted it.Listen I don't want to take this discussion any further than this. MyRoute-app has enormous benefits for all types of navigation. Let's keep it at that.

@Con-Hennekens as true as the comments about MyRoute-app are, until MRA is able to get the battery drain issue (yes, I know it is a Garmin/Here related issue) under control, the app is pretty pointless to use. As you know, this is a very well documented issue. I know the MRA Team is actively working on it, and I really hope they succeed. Until then, other apps such as TomTom very much become reality.
As for the routeplanner, can't say enough good about it - very easy to use, plan, import/export, etc....if the app can step up its game to compliment the planner flawlessly, no other nav app would be necessary. However, until then.....

Yes, that is a potential deal breaker for some devices indeed, and it is very much so on MRA's collective mind I think. But if I was to switch to something else, it would definitely NOT be an app that does not understand waypoints
