Es exactamente el mismo problema. Pasadas una 2 / 3 horas la pantalla se congela y no recibo instrucciones, y el reinicio de la app no soluciona nada. Otras apps funcionan perfectamente.
Ulefone me indica si quiero devolverla o si quiero enviarles el report de uso para ver que ocurre, pero esto último me han enviado instrucciones a medias y creo que la devolveré y listo, no quiero perder mas tiempo.

It's exactly the same problem. After 2 or 3 hours, the screen freezes and I don't receive any instructions, and restarting the app doesn't fix anything. Other apps work perfectly. Ulefone is asking if I want to return it or send them a usage report to see what's happening, but they only sent me half-baked instructions for the latter, and I think I'll just return it and be done with it; I don't want to waste any more time.

Thanks for sharing. I will contact Ulefone. Maybe they take it back. I just liked the brightness of the screen. Regards Thomas

Another 1000 km with the latest MRA version without any issues.

@Thomas-Neumeyer as a last resort. Did you try setting it back to Factory settings and then start from scratch. Seems weird that you’re the only one with troubles. Maybe it works

Additionally, are there any other apps running in the background?

I made factory reset two times and no, there are no other apps in background. I also just installed myroute app to avoid any issues. I contacted Ulefone, lets see how this works. Strange is just that all other Apps for navigation are working.

And it seems that at least another user has the same problem with Ulefone.

I experienced exactly this last weekend. I cannot say it was temperature but it was hot. What is says above matches exactly my experience. Swipe-closing the app did not help, rebooting the phone did. Probably a force-close from the Android Apps menu would have solved it to. For me, this is the only resembling experience I had during a 4 day ride. I blame the phone...

I got some feedback from Ulefone, they stated it is the app with some incompatibility and I should use some other navigation app.

That was way to easy for them to blame the other party instead of investigations it themselves.

That's true, but it seems to be the case that I am not the only one with issues. I am just at the moment at home and I have no longer trip planned. Last two weeks I made 4000 km and it was not a perfect experience with Ulefone/MyRoute. Check still the Samsung.

You could sent a ticket including the logfiles. Maybe tech support can take a look at it just to be shure

Yo he devuelto la tableta. Lo que más me interesaba era la luminosidad de la pantalla, como a ti. Contacté con ulefone y me ofrecieron devolución o intentar averiguar que ocurre.
Decidí saber wue ocurre, pero el método era probar de nuevo grabando desde mi móvil y activar el modo recopilación de Android.
Finalmente la devolví, no tengo tanto tiempo para eso...

I returned the tablet. What interested me most was the brightness of the screen, like you. I contacted ulefone and they offered me a return or try to find out what is happening.
I decided to find out what's going on, but the method was to try again by recording from my phone and turn on Android collection mode.
I finally gave it back, I don't have that much time for that.
After summer (too hot to route all day...) I will consider a Samsung Active Tab 5, an Android screen or stick with my old Samsung S21 that works perfectly.

i have ulefone armor x10 and that runs MRA now fine without any problems. mine runs android 12 i believe and there is not much bloteware on it. i run 5.1 beta. my only problem is spinning screen when standing still but that is a know Here problem.

with version 5.0 i had some problems like craches/freese or delay but with 5.1 i work good.

i only use phone for MRA and i do not play music. no AA and no recalculation.
