Hi @ATLast I do have to say I agree with @Con-Hennekens it seems a little harsh to expect a team the size of MRA to respond to every question on the forum.
I agree with your principle that it would be nice for the MRA team to acknowledge a problem but the MRA team is tiny & the customer base is huge in comparison & we ask a lot a lot of questions
It actually surprises me how many questions they actually respond to but as you say they are getting good feedback so it helps them.
It is a balance & sometimes you will get a response, others you won'tBut then, what's the point of creating a forum to report bugs and problems if you don't reply to the posts?

Keep in mind that it is still holiday seaseon! That being said, the developer has also responded to various topics. And that's while you're actually on vacation and should be able to take a break from work!

@ATLast It is a community forum that is monitored by MRA staff, especially this channel for reporting bugs. I don’t consider this to be a bug, make the route line thinner in the navigation settings to be able to see more clearly.

I think you received MANY replies on your posts. That's EXACTLY what a community forum is for. If you think you need one on one assistance, raise a support ticket. That's EXACTLY what support tickets are for

That is true, and I thanked all the people willing to help me for that.
But I was looking for a solution and, despite the volunteers's work, I didn't get one. -

You are right, that is what I will do in the future.
And MRA will still have to read my question - at least I hope so - and provide an answer - I also hope so - but the community won't have it and will keep posting, maybe for the same problem.I'm not sure that will save time @MRA, but I'm fine with it.

@ATLast I don't need to remind you that all questions are welcome to be held against the community first. do I
So please do not restrain yourself from asking questions here.
Besides this, I think the dev presence in this community forum is really incomparable to any competitor's forum. I am sorry you feel differently.

Hi.
The title says it all.
This behaviour is not new, but kind of bothering.
See pics...
@ATLast I think zooming out a bit makes the AA screen on the AT a bit more useful and gives more warning of junctions.

At some point, a member of the development team still needs to step in and answer, otherwise we can only guess.
For this post for example:
only a member of the development team can answer because only they know how the program works.
And they didn't.
And as you state in you signature, you're not a member of the MRA's team so, thank you for your guesses, but I also need a validated answer.
I am sorry you feel differently.

Thank you for your help.
I've tried various settings, but I didn't succeed.
Would you be kind enough to provide me/us with a copy of your settings?
Thank you anyway.

I think you got an accurate answer, devs know that so why should they step in?
Usually when I am guessing I will say so, and even then it is usually an educated guess. If I was incorrect, I am man enough to admit it and I learned something new.You should be more open to forum members, you might learn something.
