But then, what's the point of creating a forum to report bugs and problems if you don't reply to the posts?

I think you received MANY replies on your posts. That's EXACTLY what a community forum is for. If you think you need one on one assistance, raise a support ticket. That's EXACTLY what support tickets are for

That is true, and I thanked all the people willing to help me for that.
But I was looking for a solution and, despite the volunteers's work, I didn't get one. -

You are right, that is what I will do in the future.
And MRA will still have to read my question - at least I hope so - and provide an answer - I also hope so - but the community won't have it and will keep posting, maybe for the same problem.I'm not sure that will save time @MRA, but I'm fine with it.

So please do not restrain yourself from asking questions here.
Besides this, I think the dev presence in this community forum is really incomparable to any competitor's forum. I am sorry you feel differently.

Hi.
The title says it all.
This behaviour is not new, but kind of bothering.
See pics...

wrote on 29 Sept 2024, 17:49 last edited by ATLastAt some point, a member of the development team still needs to step in and answer, otherwise we can only guess.
For this post for example:
only a member of the development team can answer because only they know how the program works.
And they didn't.
And as you state in you signature, you're not a member of the MRA's team so, thank you for your guesses, but I also need a validated answer.
I am sorry you feel differently.

wrote on 29 Sept 2024, 17:53 last edited by ATLastThank you for your help.
I've tried various settings, but I didn't succeed.
Would you be kind enough to provide me/us with a copy of your settings?
Thank you anyway.

For this post for example:
https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/7806/recalculation-of-the-route-does-not-point-to-final-destination?_=1727629803997
only a member of the development team can answer because only they know how the program works.
And they didn't.There was no guessing in that threat (not by me anyway).
I think you got an accurate answer, devs know that so why should they step in?
Usually when I am guessing I will say so, and even then it is usually an educated guess. If I was incorrect, I am man enough to admit it and I learned something new.You should be more open to forum members, you might learn something.
