Er ging iets mis - Kan route niet berekenen

Wanneer een nieuwe bestemming wordt ingegeven, toont de app een overzicht van de route. Wanneer daarna echter op het gele 'pijltje' wordt geklikt om te gaan navigeren, komt het bovenstaande scherm.
Een heel enkele keer lukt het wel. Meeste kans daarop is na een herstart van mijn mobiel. Maar het is geen garantie op succes.
Ik maak gebruik van een Fairphone 4, Android versie 13.
Meer mensen hier last van? Workaround bekend?

@Gert-Jan-Hiddink, Doet-ie dat zwoel in online als offline modus? En als je op de stoep gaat staan?

@Con-Hennekens Het zinnetje "er is iets mis" komt veel en veel te vaak.

Dat is bijzonder, want ik heb dat zinnetje zelden of nooit... komt het dan voornamelijk voor bij A naar B routes of routes met verschillende routepunten? Offline of online? Wifi of 4G? Android of iOS? Steeds bij dezelfde route of ook bij verschillende routes?

@Bart-DM Ik gebruik vaak de Track (uit MRA) en die wordt geladen dan wil ik navigeren, er gaat iets mis, nog eens en de zelfde track start wel. zo maar een voorbeeld. Overigens Android en online

@smuiger welke versie gebruik je? Ik denk dat daar inmiddels in de laatste versie aan gewerkt werd en het probleem opgelost is...

@smuiger, tracks starten kan alleen online. De kwaliteit van de internet verbinding kan daarbij dus een beperkende factor zijn. Het zou wel fijn zijn als er dan ook een melding in die richting kwam. Wat helpt is dit melden. Een support ticket aanmaken, met de nodige details, en een app-log bewaren voor als er om gevraagd wordt. (die moet namelijk recent zijn).

This specific case needs analyzing of the app log. I don't think you and me are qualified for that though. And I know that it gets forwarded to the dev team, but I don't want to make their mail addresses public So I think a support ticket is the best method. -
Ja dat heb ik helaas ook veel te vaak, zo vaak dat ik steeds meer ga twijfelen over de betrouwbaarheid van deze app

I regularly get the same warning (but in english).
I just ignore it, the route is calculated and I drive of
but this is one of the reasons why I push for changing focus from new features to bug fixing.

Sorry to say I get this error a lot too.
Shouldn't we be able to calculate a route offline anyway if the route has been downloaded to the device and 'Offline Navigation' is enabled in the 'Navigation Settings/Functional' menu?

just to addmy experience,
I too only use offline navigation and always get the cannot calculate route pop up box, a click anywhere on the screen clears this and the route is always calculated.not much help but at least you know others have the same pop up box.

Ik maak het bijna elke route wel een keer mee dat deze melding verschijnt. En als dat gebeurt dan komt ie vaker terug. Het gebeurt bij het opnieuw moeten berekenen van de route bijvoorbeeld.
Heeft het iets te maken met het beschikbaar zijn van een dataverbinding?
(Ik had Wifi onderweg aanstaan en dan komt de melding "wifinetwerk gevonden" in beeld. Ik heb daarom Wifi voortaan maar uit gezet)R1200RT
