MyRoute-app Navigation issue

Hi all,
Unfortunately the MyRoute-app Navigation app has a major issue due to an outage of related services. The app cannot be used in a correct manner at this point. We are working on a solution.
The issue is only related to the Navigation app. The website, Mobile app or Beta program are not affected.

Hmmm... Interesting...
I had thought that the Navigation app could operate totally independent of an internet connection - assuming that routes had been loaded previously. How is this related?

super balen dit, zeker ook omdat het morgen de nationale dag van de motorrijder is........laten we hopen dat het na de F1 race morgenochtend allemaal weer operationeel is dan kunnen we toch nog lekker navigeren.

I was doing the 460mile South West (England) Penninsula Spring Rally yesterday, in Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. Lots of meticulous route planning and all set to go on the Nav app - until... nothing!
Fortunately I had duplicated everything on to my TomTom in advance so all was not lost...

I’m still working on it. iOS will most likely be fixed tomorrow and Android hopefully a day later
Updating the app from the App / Play store will be mandatory. Obviously we will communicate when the relevant update is available!

It is good to hear that MRA Next Beta was not affected by this.
The question is though, does MRA Navigation Next also rely on “Related Services” that could also take down MRA Next as well? -
Good morning, please can we get an update. We have a fleet of 20 drivers that are unable to work today.

@Adrian-Faloon iOS update is being processed by Apple - if you use that platform a new version will be available shortly (hopefully).
I think we've also solved the problem for Android, going to test that now. If successful I'll start the approval process with Google immediately. This usually will take another day.
