Nick, thanks for your reply. Ofcourse you can make bike routes with the MRA- mobile app. That is the same as MRA on the pc. But you can not use the app to navigate. Therefore you need the navigation app. But...... the navigation app only works with Here maps. If you load your OSM bike route.gpx into the navigation app than it rebuild your complete route, because the Here map does not have bikepaths. The new route sends you to the moon and even further.The MRA Mobile app does have a navigation function and is perfect for cycling. Design a route on the OSM planning map (use the OpenCyclemap overlay) and choose cycling as the form of transport. Then open that route in the MRA Mobile app and click the arrow in the bottom right of the screen twice, you will see that the position cursor changes to a blue arrow, you are now in navigation mode. Navigation is only follow the line with no spoken instructions but it does have auto zoom that changes the zoom level with speed.

Nick, this is an eyeopener for me. I found the MRA mobile app not useful. Most of the time i have my laptop with me. So if i want to make or adjust a route that is the thing i use.
The only question i have now is: How much mobile data wil it cost if i navigate this way. I can not make use of offline maps nor a downloaded route. Do you have any idea. If Not, I simply give it a try.

Baltus.I don’t have an exact answer but I would think that mobile data usage will be minimal. Give it a try, I’m sure that you will be pleasantly surprised.

Dear Michel. When will it be possible to make use of the OSM in the navigation app?
I bought the app to use aspecially for my bike tours. In MRA it is possible to make very nice bike routes with the OSM. But in the navigation app it is impossible to play them.
Best regards, Baltus.@Baltus I suggest you give it a try to use OsmAnd as your bike navigation app. Construct your routes in the OSM map with MRA, and load them up in the OsmAnd app. I've never used it to navigate myself, but I know there is a bike mode, and you can upload your tracks in it. Should it be said, it works (only ?) with OSM card material. And it looks finished, I can tell...

@John-Roberts, I am in no way affiliated to MyRouteApp and have no video's whatsoever. But I am willing to try to help. But that is difficult if you don't tell what satnav we are talking about, do not link your route and share no screenshots. But if your device acknowledges new data, and then cannot find it, the problem lies most likely within your device.
I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

Which Zumo do you have?
Is your ZUMO upToDate, maps and software.
Do you have the latest version of the connector? (Windows 49.msi & Mac 24.pkg)
Which file are you transferring? (gpx.....)
Share your route, so we can see if it might be the route. -
