CarPlay says that I need a subscription

Using MyRoute on my iPhone on a Chigee Aoi-6, I sometimes get a message saying that I need a subscription to use CarPlayBut I have a subscription and I don’t have always that message
I need to restart everything a few times to finally get it to work
What ca be the problem?
