Hi, I am a gold member but have not used the route planner hardly atall. That said, yesterday I did create a simple route of 10 waypoints using the HERE default map. I missed the first waypoint and was hoping it would direct me back on course asap but instead it constantly tried to send me back to the first waypoint, even after ignoring it for a few miles. I do have "skip waypoints automatically" enabled in the settings, but this seems to have made no difference whatsoever.
Is this a known issue or have I got something wrong?
Apologies if this is a constant question. 🙄

@Wigan-Wanderer The first waypoint is always a via point (hand shape) via points are not automatically skipped. Always position the first waypoint 100m+ from your actual start point, this ensures that you pass the first waypoint.

@Nick-Carthew Thanks for that I'll create a little test route and test that out.
Does this mean that if I pick a route that one of my friends have created in MRA, I also need to make sure I pass waypoint 1 on that route, even though I may live (and be starting) closer to waypoint 3 for example?

@Wigan-Wanderer If you open the route and long press on route point 3, all previous route points are skipped so RP3 becomes the start point.
