A Basecamp suggestion for MRA
-
Hello and please forgive me if this has been suggested previously, but there is a feature of Basecamp that I would love to see in MRA - the ability to click on a folder and see all routes in that folder displayed on the map without having to add them one at a time. Additionally, if all the routes are displayed in the panel, clicking on an individual route in the panel would show only the selected route. Then click on the folder again and all routes are once again displayed. I hope this can happen!!

@Dennis-Lyon : That's exactly what I miss, but there is a similar but slightly more complex solution
-
@Hubert-Thoring I'm using the desktop version on my laptop and the only way to work around is to add every route from the folder one at time. And then once you have done that there's no way to select just one route and see only that route on the map. I'm asking for something very specific that I hope can be integrated to the desktop version of MRA.

@Dennis-Lyon If you look carefully when you select a folder, you’ll see the option to Add all, there is a maximum of 20 routes.
-
@Nick-Carthew I know. But it doesn't function as I'm requesting - which is why I'm requesting. I appreciate your input, but I'm not looking for a workaround, I'm requesting they implement what I'd like to see.

@Dennis-Lyon : I know that at BaseCamp dinde I also reconcile better

@Dennis-Lyon I was commenting on your reply to @Hubert-Thoring “ I'm using the desktop version on my laptop and the only way to work around is to add every route from the folder one at time.”
I was saying that you can add up to 20 routes at a time. -
@Nick-Carthew I understand. I still don't think that's what I'm asking of the developers though. If you look at the images I posted you'll see what I'm requesting. It's not just about being able to add multiple routes at a time (like the 20 you mentioned) - it's also about having them all displayed on the map OR only one displayed on the map if I select one from the list within that folder. Note where the arrows are in the images I shared.
Of course I'm guessing even if it's possible for the developers, if no one votes for my suggestion it ain't happening so I'll have to stick with Basecamp for the functions I want, and just use MRA for route planning and sharing with friends.
