@Ad-Koppenol, this is by design. A WP will only be skipped after 2 calculations. It is assumed that you want to follow as much of the route is it originally was. So yes, after you would have turned left instead of right, a new calculation would have triggered the app to skip the WP. Auto Skipping WPs is really great, but you still have to pay attention to reality

Yes I agree waypoint 9 was a bad choice to make.
Still getting my head around the best way to get just the turn notifications and no Waypoints visible.
Put the waypoint just after the turn - then you'll see the turn notification first and the waypoint notification second.
It is difficult to say after some days, to be honest, I have no idea.
Important is to know that these things can happen with auto skip and that there are ways to prevent it by using via points.
That is just the advantage and disadvantage of this function.
@Corjan-Meijerink
Perfect. I know that folders can be more tedious to code, but edition and personal order directly on app can be a Must.
We love your work… so we appreciate every bit of new addons and updates.
Best Regards!!!
@richtea999, That is of course the whole idea behind that function Sometimes we forget, but the planner is older than Navigation. The planner was purpose built to suit TomTom and Garmin users, as well as mixed groups.
@Gary-Battrick you are not alone with wanting more contrast on the maps. Additional map layers are planned to be introduced downstream and for me, this is a key inclusion. Others have asked for a different colour scheme for high contrast and/or colour pallette customisation that may be away from MRA brand colours. Like you, I would like more contrast definition for on-route roads with the current base HERE map with additional map layers (as a configurable and easy on/off) downstream.
Another thing I forgot to mention is that when you select "disable seasonal closures" in the toolkit in the planner, you will not only not see the mountain passes that are closed during winter period but will also not see any road blocks. Therefore it might be good to change the name of the toolkit function in future.

I'm sorry for not being able to make you understand that your opinion on my suggestion is of little interest to me.
You said yourself that several adaptations of font and window size have already been modified and apparently this does not yet satisfy everyone, which I can easily understand. So my suggestion to make this configurable should allow all users to find the comfort they are looking for.
I don't need to take a screenshot of my tablet in fact I know what would be more comfortable for me and again if the current size fits you that's fine but accept that it doesn't of all users.

@PeterKerkhof Good idea! And I also want to suggest that the navigation will stop automatically when reaching the destination.
Please NO!
@richtea999 I see!
The main reason for you to go through routelab is to edit or modify routes, and that is one of the sole cases where routelab is still required per today. If we get a native editor in the app, routelab becomes quite useless since all features can be embedded into the app.
Thanks for your clarification and have a safe but joyful trip!
