Route not transferring to Zumo XT

Hi folks,
Am away in Europe in 2 weeks and having issues with routes.
I have created a simple route from home to the sea, here in Ireland, to see if you can see any issues.
https://www.myrouteapp.com/route/open/11453511I create the route in MRA webpage, then on my phone app download (gpx 1.1), export and open in G-drive.
It sends the file, with "Saving item 1of 1 to trip planner, Calculating 0%", but does not progress.On the XT, it has the title, but no information inside and hence cannot convert to a trip.
XT is fully up to date too, the three points are on roads and all avoidance are off.Any major issues with my route above ?

i just did download you route and send it as gpx 1.1 to my xt. both route and track are on xt and route looks the same as your route. conclusion for me route is ok. i use iphone with non beta myroute app and garmin drive. my xt is also up to date. maybe you can try to give XT hard shutdown en restart (no reset)

What phone app are you refering to? The Garmin Drive App? Of MRA Next app?
I don't have any issues downloading routes from my Next app to my Garmin Zumo XT(1).
When i open a route, i share it through de Drive App which sends it to my XT(1) and no issues to be noted.
I have my phone connected using bluetooth and a hotspot with my XT(1).

Why do you mention hotspot ? Is Bluetooth the only communication needed to transfer a route ? -

The MyRopute App on your mobile phone? Tha is the MRA Next app.

I have my mobile phone connected to my Garmin Zumo XT using Bluetooth and hotspot.
The hotspot is for having a (mobile) internet connection for the XT through me mobile phone.Is Bluetooth the only communication needed to transfer a route ?
No, you can use wifi as well. At home i have my XT connected to my home network. I connect my XT to a poweradaptor and have it updated through my wifi network at home for example. During rides i use the hotspot connection on my mobile phone to have internet on my XT so i can receive (traffic) information for instance.
Uploading GPX files from yopur mobile phone to your XT can be done through wifi or through Bluetooth.

Fixed - I did a full reset on my XT. Cleared all user data, re-setup and connected to my phone again.
Files transfer quickly but more importantly - calculate & convert to Trips when asked.
Thank you folks for checking my file. CheersSide question - to make sure the XT travels along the route I decided - avoidances set to No tolls/motorways, transfer to a Trip, have plenty of waypoints and have Navigation off-route-calculation set to "off" ? is this the correct setup, without the XT deciding on a quicker/faster route and adjusting it ?

False hope. I successfully transferred one route, left it for a while and the same error (no calculation) on another route.
Looks like I have to reset & setup the XT each time to transfer a route successfully, for the XT to calculate it. Anyone seen this before ? -

Looks like I have to reset & setup the XT each time to transfer a route successfully, for the XT to calculate it. Anyone seen this before ?What kind of reset did you do? A soft reset or a hard reset back to factory standards? The last reset works most of the times fixing strange issues i noticed.
Back to standard factory settings and then AS A FIRST!!! install all updates. And then start setting up the device to your own wishes and needs.

I did a "delete data and reset settings", with no updates (as I am at work). Routes initially load up fine. But after a few tests, back to no transfers.
When at home later, I will do a reset again and then install all updates, and see what happens with transfers after that.

at least I know the GPX files work and are good, so that eliminates that part. -
Make sure to use the 1.1 gpx file not the 1.2.

did you check if all your maps are good. i had 3 months ago that update did not went ok and i had to reinstall maps with garmin express.

Hi. Did a full reset. All updates installed. Two routes loaded fine. Then turned It off.
It seems that when it's turned off and back on again it doesn't like to transfer.
I tried the route I posted above, known good route, but no luck.
Kinda lost - any other options. -
Are all maps (CityNavigator 2026.20 north and south) propper installed and ticked on.
Please check it in the settings on your ZumoXT.I have imported your route in my ZumoXT without any problems.

@Reinhard-32 yep, all ticked and up to date.
Even my simple route posted above won't transfer. It probably will if I do a full reset and setup again. But that's not workable.

Well - the maps are ticked - properly installed?? How do I uninstall and reload them ?
