Signed up.....tried to use route and it repeatedly tells me I have to sign up and pay...which I've already done! Then when press navigate tells me route cant be calculated. Tried to download map and it just spools without downloading. Does any of this App work?

There are two kind of subscriptions:
1 - MRA Routeplanner in silver and gold
2 - the navigation app MRA Navigation NextIf you've paid for the routeplanner (silver or gold) you still have to invest in the navigation app.

if you open the app on your phone, just click om the three bars on to open the next screen. Then click on the face button on the top right side and yo will find out your subscriptions.
To navigate you have at least to have Navigation subscription.

wrote 23 days ago last edited byI am having the same problem with downloading offline maps. Mine have been spooling now for over 3 hours and still nothing has saved to my Android phone. I have confirmed my Gold and Nav subscription. Tried using the app to navigate a local route yesterday using online mapping and it never moved from my start point throughout the ride. I guess I have a lot of learning to do but it doesn't seem very user-friendly at moment.

Surely downloading map problems will be down to your wi-fi connection and the size of the download.
I updated my maps last week and due to a slow download speed I just left it running overnight. -
Did you try to download the map for a your area only. Just to be sure everything works properly.
When downloading a large map like the complete map for Europe at once, it can be a pain. It takes a while and it is not always clear what the progress is. -

Yes, it does...
I think the mistake about the subscription is clear by now?
Asking for help is perfectly fine, but I think more people will be kind if asked nicely.
