Why is choosing and paying for the appropriate subscriptions so complicated? Maybe I am thick?
-
I THINK I have subscribed for MRA Route planner Gold AND the navigation app MRA Navigation Next App, both on monthly subscription.
When I try to plan a route (i.e. click on MRA Routeplanner), I am told I need Navigation Next which I thought I had subscribed to! Furthermore, I am invited to shop, which when I click, naff-all happens. Frustrating is an understatement!!!
Please, oh please can a member of staff confirm what I have and, if necessary guide me accordingly.
I like MyRoute, but choosing AND paying for the appropriate subscriptions is torturous!
Many thanks
I

@Campbell-Grant You're not thick, it is quit unintuitive, like the rest of the app's
This forum is a mess as well, messages n Dutch and English in random order, no proper ordering of subjects also.
It is a small company starting as a hobby project and still managed like this. With 42 years experience in the IT sector I have seen this many times before.
Progress is slow, don't expect a quick response.

@Ton-Verkleij now that’s just straight out offending and while I tolerate a lot of opinions on this public forum, this is crossing a line.
I personally respond quite rapidly on this forum and our support within 2 working days.
@Campbell-Grant as payments involve personal information I best recommend you to contact support. myrouteapp.com/support or support@myrouteapp.com

@Corjan-Meijerink Honey soit qui mal y pense. Obviously your tows are longer than the average person.
If you can't stand criticism stay out of the business.Take a look yourself and notice the average response time to questions, or questions without respons.
At least you should order the forum by language making it more clear, diminishing cross reponses as well.
Being disgruntled as you are you'd better have a look at your instruction videos as well, sometimes showing plain errors.

@Ton-Verkleij have a pleasant evening

Wow, what a unqualified judgements. I find MRA to be very flexible and responsive, just because they are so small.

@Ton-Verkleij Wow! With 42 years of experience in IT, one would expect the general conduct on a public forum to be a bit more mature! Criticism is fine, but expressing your opinion in such a rude and unfounded manner is unwarranted.

So on one hand you saying progress is slow, and on the other hand you want the devs(2 in total!) to be spending more time here on the forum, which means less progress in development? Gosh. So contradicting ...
Imho progress is on par! In my humble 12 years of experience with software I use daily for my work, progress in those companies has proven to be multitudes slower than shown by MRA, and those are multimillion companies such as D'Assault or Keysight...
I would value you to be just simply a troll. 95% of all questions or remarks get answered either by the Devs or by the community. You're simply one of those "customers" every business can do without. One of those "customers" that thinks all is about them.
Considering your humongous amount of messages you've posted on this forum, 10(!), I conclude you have not been part of the beta program since it was launched... If you were, you would certainly have never thought about posting such bs on this thread.
Take your 42 years of experience to TomTom or Sygic and try your luck elsewhere, we certainly can do with out you, oh, and because you hate multilingual forums so badly, I'll say it in Dutch as well: we kunnen je missen als kiespijn.

When logged into Myroute app web page, click on your profile pic or icon in the upper right corner of the page. Scroll down to My Account and select, then scroll down to My Subscriptions. This will show what you are signed up for, or have paid for.
