Route calculation not possible

Hello, following scenario: I am in Finland, going for a trip to Germany and from there to Italy. The route has been planned with MRA Webbrowser. I try to start navigation, starting from my current position. No route calculation possible. Also message no route found for my vehicle (Fahrzeug). But, it has been working sometimes and it calculated a route through Sweden. But now no luck. I was online and offline. Loaded route in Finland that was working. Is that normal that sometimes I am lucky and sometimes not? Regards
