New update! (4.2.0) In-app MRA Routeplanner

Good morning MyRoute-app users!
We are proud to announce the upcoming release of the in-app MRA Routeplanner
After elaborate testing by the Alpha and Beta testers, we are confident that this will be an epic release
With pride we present the in-app MRA Routeplanner to you!
With this routeplanner you can edit your high quality MRA routes with an interface it deserves.
- Edit any existing route!
- Create a new route from scratch
- Change routes from others
- All this can even be done offline!
The Routeplanner offers many features to help you in building lovely routes.
Quickly keep adding waypoints to your route to shape the route to your preference.
- Yellow button starts the adding process and keep tapping it to continuously add waypoints
- Click add to add a new waypoint and stop adding more
- Cancel, dismiss what you are doing
If you make a mistake, no problem! Simply use the undo / redo buttons like you are used to in the website
Do you want to add information to waypoints? Ofcourse you can do so!
Change the colour, type, note, title, pause duration or even the icon of the waypoint!
Do you want to add a waypoint somewhere along the route? Obviously that's possible too!
- Tap somewhere along the line to add a waypoint there in order of the route
- Long press and drag a line to immediately move the marker you are adding in that leg
Do you need to move a waypoint precisely? Simply use the advanced move interface to place the waypoint exactly where you want. Long pressing and dragging the waypoint works too but that is less precise
Then we also allow you to change any of the other settings.
- Edit the name / description of the route.
- Alter the privacy / travel mode
- Avoid specific type of roads
- View all the waypoints
Talking about waypoints! Did you know you can drag the waypoints shown in the list to reorder them?
When you've opened a waypoint you can also swipe left / right to jump to the previous / next waypoint That's it really!
So in short:- Create new routes from scratch
- Edit any route
- Access to our unique MRA Routeplanner features in-app
- Modify waypoints
- Change route information / details / options
Feel free to discover all other features yourself
Isn't this an amazing update??? We have put a lot of focus in the visual appearance and user experience of this planner so we hope you are satisfied.
In the upcoming update we will rework your route library to enable easy syncing of all your routes. Meaning that offline created routes will be synced to the website when online again, you can automatically sync routes / your entire library between website and app!
But that's for later If you got any feedback, feel free to share it on this forum

Team MRA@Corjan-Meijerink i like the new capabilty. as an XT user, when modifying or creating a route offline is there a way to export a gpx file.

En hij staat ze ook niet meer op in mijn downloads
Hier ben ik echt niet blij mee
@versluis je routes blijven gewoon beschikbaar

Ik zag dat je wel ff moet schakelen met vrienden en weer terug dan zie je de routes weer@Marinus-van-Deudekom thnx maar het gaat hier over de download map deze is leeg.

@Stuart-Greer not yet! That is only possible when accessing it online as the file is created by our website rather than by the app itself.

QQ: Has the app received any other fixes to bugs or enhancements regarding sound for example? Is there a full release note somewhere?

Team MRA@Corjan-Meijerink ik had anders meteen problemen, app liep vast nadat ik wilde proberen ( weet niet of het รผberhaupt kan ) route overslaan functie, app crashte en kon helemaal opnieuw beginnen want zelfs de route werd niet opgeslagen zoals dat normaliter wel het geval was

i managed to use the in-app routeplanner while touring recently due to a road closure, i had to re-plan the next day's ride and i must report that it worked extremely well, and it was very easy to use, excellent bit of work MRA gang

@marc-van-der-heijden jammer dat de app vastliep. Je moet bij de in app planner de route wel opslaan anders dan in de web versie. Die stap heb je niet kunnen doen dus ook niks opgeslagen.

@marc-van-der-heijden dat kan ook gewoon gebeuren hoor
Gaat vaker goed dan fout en foutjes zijn op te lossen. Heb je bij je andere bericht al gevraagd of het te reproduceren is. -
