Routeplanner doesn't work
-
I have less than 30 routes and the application won't let me create new routes.
Can you please help me?
Thank you! -
@DAVID-PUEYO-TORRES Do you only have a basic account?
-
@Nick-Carthew Yes, I have a basic account. But I've never had this problem before.
-
@DAVID-PUEYO-TORRES You have reached your free storage limit. Save some of your routes as .gpx files on your PC and then delete them from your MRA account. Or, you could pay for a MRA subscription.
-
@Nick-Carthew Thank you Nick, but it doesn't work!
-
@DAVID-PUEYO-TORRES, I guess you need to delete some more routes? I am not sure, but the stored tracklogs could be added as well?
-
@Con-Hennekens Thank you for your help! Finally I get the subscription and the problem is finish. Regards!

Hi @Dennis-Dawson!
I think I don‘t fully get your problem. May I ask you to give some more information on your problem?
What I understood so far:
- You have a silver subscription for MyRoute-app routenplaner
- You have planned a route on the web with the planner
- You have some kind of navigation device/app that you transfer the route to and starts navigating
- When you start the navigation the planned route is not used, but instead it „routes“/tells you to go back from you have been
And here is the point where it is getting a bit tricky:
- Which navigation device your are using/want to use?
- How did y get the planned route from the web-based route planner to the device?
- What is meant with its routes you back tithe point where you come from?
- Have you opened a already defined route from the route lab library or did you plan a brand new one?
I know these are lots of questions, but with what I know and/or understood so far, I Don‘t know how to help you
Greetings

@Dennis-Dawson it sounds like you need to move waypoint # 1 away from your starting location. Assuming you are using the MyRoute-app, it thinks you never passed waypoint 1. The quick and easy solution is to skip the waypoint.
-
@Dennis-Dawson once you have started navigation you can't move waypoints. That has to be done in the planner. You can however skip a waypoint. Assuming you are displaying the next wapoint (top right corner),you can easily skip to the next waypoint by tapping on the waypoint and then answering yes to the confirmation message, or long press on the next waypoint to quickly skip it.
To display waypoints, use the (...) menu and select Waypoints. Once you have the list of waypoints you can skip to another waypoint by pressing on the waypoint.
Honestly, this is all basic operation if you simply took the time to watch some of the training videos and perhaps even reviewed the manual.
