Embedding daily routes into a whole trip route file - How do I do this?

Probably this is just my lack of experience with the tool but some help would be greatly appreciated please.
I want to create a route for the whole of my Pyrenees trip from a series of day routes that I have already created but I can't find how you can import way points from one route into another, or import one route into another.
So I have 10 separate routes defined in MRA, one for each day of the trip. I now want to add another route for the whole trip so starting point on day 1 and finish point on day 10.
Can I cut n paste waypoints from one file (from each day) to another, can I export gpx and then import back into the file - which is the best way to do this please?

Select your first route.
Click on the four burger lines on the left toolbar
Click "routes"
Click "add"
Select your route(s). I do it individually.
Click the "+" button at the side
Select "beginning" or "end" of where you want to put the route and click "merge"

Ok, cela fonctionne dans la limite des points de passage car pour un trip de 4 à 5 jours il faut réduire les points et dans se cas MRA modifie le parcours total qui ne devient plus conforme au parcours par étapes.

Slightly better:
Create a new route in your map with al those routes and call this route "all routes in the Pyrenes", or something oike that.
Now for each route start from point 2 on how @brian-sprott described.
In this way your first route isn't crippled and in your route overview, you don't see all the waypoints of route 1.
