Statement on map spinning

[hawebo]

@Corjan-Meijerink
I’m a beta tester – why haven’t I received version 6 yet?

[Nick Carthew]

@hawebo The iOS BETA update has been released by Apple, Google generally take a little longer to release the Android BETA update. Please be patient.

[hawebo]

No problem, I just wanted to make sure there wasn’t a bug in my settings.

[Corjan Meijerink]

@hawebo will be there when Google approves. Submitted yesterday.

[hawebo]

Thanks, I’ll get in touch as soon as it arrives.

If you have a Android based phone, you have to wait a little longer. The release was 23 september and the last time update for android came about a fourth-night later. So in this case it will be about the second week in October I hope!

[hawebo]

The update to version 6.0 arrived today – thank you!

How come my Android is still on 5.2.2 - 489 ???

[Marinus van Deudekom]

@LennyO go to the Google Store and update it

[LennyO]

@hawebo I assume you are showing the Android phone (looking at your signature).

[LennyO]

Marinus-van-Deudekom I did, My Store does not show an update option for it...

[Hubert Thoring]

@lennyo : it depends on your store... there are differences... but I don't know anything else about it since I use iOS, so be patient.

[Marinus van Deudekom]

@LennyO what brand of Android device are you using. With both my samsung phone and Thork tablet it was in the store

[hawebo]

I've got the Update today from the Play Store, the normal way

[Corjan Meijerink]

Try to prevent talking about beta in non beta threads.

Version 6 is out for beta.
Public release early November.
Map spinning is solved in v6

[LennyO]

@Corjan-Meijerink Sorry! Point taken!
