Probably a me thing

Having just signed up for the Beta (love this software), i thought i'd look at my achievements page. To be honest after 2 plus years i still don't really know how this section works.

On countries, it only shows me as having used in the UK, yet i've travelled in 2025 to Italy via France, Germany and Switzerland and this year through Spain down to Portugal - i created all of our routes in the routeplanner and used the app on my Google 8A each day mounted to the bike - i wanted to compare how they ran alongside my exported routes on my Garmin XT.

I just wonder why it didn't record any achievements on my European travels.

Anyone know or can help?

Did you track in the app while driving? Only tracked routes do update the countries.

Thanks Jacob - i wouldn't know how to track a route or even why you would? I plan them then start them in my app - let's hope that's automatic going forward

You can set the app to track your routes automatically but you’ll need to save them manually.

@Nick-Carthew Thanks Nick. Not heading anywhere abroad for a good few months so plenty of time to work out how and why.
