    This is a problem with the app. You are not the only one suffering from this position freeze. It is particularly frustrating when leading a ride. There are work arounds but this needs fixing and fast.

      Is there any reaction from thr MRA team available? Is this bug at least known/recognized?

      Actually I can not use the APP, as it stops working after every disconnect from my Android Auto Screen.
      And it stops working on the Smartphone, not only the Android Auto Screen.

      Only way to bring it back to live is a full re-start of the phone.
      But after every break, photo-stop, railway crossing.....it's simply not usable.

      I purchased the APP for a 3 digit amount of Euros this season, but cannot use it, nor receive any help.

      Maybe this community is simply not the correct platform to adress my issue?

      I'm ready to provide any Informationen, log, whatsoever to fix the bug.

        Quite often I had the same experience when using MRA NN on my AA device. Because of this I always have a second nav-app installed: TomTom Go or OSMAND. Lately I always stop the navigation when I have a break/stop. You do get a small window which asks if you want to cancel or proceed with the navigation. I leave that window open and before driving off I select the proceed option. Until now I didn't have the issue anymore. But I must say that I haven't done an extensive test yet.

          Thanks for your workaround. Actually, I try to do it that way.
          But honestly, sometimes I just forget (last weekend when I had to wait at a railway-crossing for example).

          I'm looking for any response from the team now, if this issue is known and worked on, or if I can contribute anything.

          The season is starting full steam ahead and I want to use MRA. For this reason I've purchased the full lifetime for Navigation and Routeplanning.

            Yeah, that's why I hope that the new app version will arrive soon, since it should also have a lot of CP/AA improvements. Last news I have is that it should be available at the end of this month.

                  I too have the same issue. It seems release 5.1 of NN will resolve all the known troubles like this and more.
                  I too paid a lot for lifetime licences and have to use a backup GPS app for when it goes wrong.
                  Such a shame it doesn't deliver to our expectations.

                    @Chalkster-0 last week busy in Switzerland. Behaves like a beauty online and offline with the current 5.1 beta version. Also on CarPlay no major issues. Be patient a little longer… 😉

                      I experienced the same problem during my tour. Navigation stopped every day so far at least two times per day. Very annoying as a closing of the app didn't helped always. Screen stays blue and nothing happening. After two or three times restart it works. The thing happened in online and offline modes and with all views north up and others. Hope the new version will fix it. I am still on the last one. It's not nice to use Google maps instead of MyRoute. Thomas

                        Every day after 2 hours working my app crashes. I contacted Corjan, but we were unable to see, what is going wrong. Deleted and reinstalled the app, just to have a fresh install.

                              I saw this issue three times last weekend, I thought it was just my set up but it seems I'm not alone.
                              It's a real PITA to keep stopping and restarting everything so really looking forward to a fix for this.
                              Thanks @léon-hassing for the work-around, I'll give it a try.
