app in mobile phone is blocked

MRA changed to two diveses only (used to be more, we used mobile, ipad an computer). After that the phone app was blocked. We want to at least use it on the phone and computer. Does anyone know how to deblock it again? We have mra only on the computer now.

Nanja@Nanja Submit a ticket to customer support. By the way, the computer does not count when determining the number of devices. Only mobile devices running the app are included! Android Auto and CarPlay head units are not counted either!

Unless you are using your IPAD for navigation. You could also use the webversion of MRA on a tablet. Then you need a license less.
