Yep, that i exactly what I have seen on the screen
They look the same and switching the motorway avoidance on or off changed nothing.

I switch ti scenic and selct the middle curvy variant (the one between very straight and the very curvy option )

@TomOnTour Just tested 3 different destinations and seems to be doing well here. Motorways are avoided.

I just used some waiting time to make a small test: Inused my iphone with myrouteAPP and surprisingly the iphone version is not using the motorway. I will double check this when I am back home again.

Hey can confirm the error, switch off the chargeable road at medium curve, then the A43 will no longer be used for me !!

We do not have such a chargeable street in the region !!

Hey kann den Fehler bestätigen, schaltet mal bei mittlerer Kurvigkeit zusätzlich die Gebührenpflichtige Straße aus, dann wird bei mir die A43 nicht mehr genutzt !!

Bei uns gibt es keine solche Gebührenpflichtige Straße in der Region !!

Thank you very much for all the information.
I have done some more testing and can confirm, that switching off "Gebührenpflichtige Straße" fixed te issue.
I also dine sommore testing around potetial different behaviors between iOS and Android and can confirm, that both versions behave in exactly the same way and the workaround provided by Hubert works for both platforms.

So, that leaves one fna question (at least for me):
Why does Here classify the A4 not as Motorway, but as a toll road?

The same for the A44, if you prevent toll road, then the route is not using highway.
There is something wrong with "Autobahn vermeiden" (prevent highway) and toll road. And for both curvy options.

I am not sure, if it is a,problem within MRA Next or an Here-Map-issue.
I have done acouple more "dry-runs" from different starting and ending locations and I haven't be able to reproduce the problem in for example the Sauerland area. Even when I have been in the Eifel today, I haven't ben able to reproduce the problem by selecting a locaton going south, but as soon as I tried to go back home, the problem was coming up consistantly, as long as I allowed the toll roads.
