    Hi everyone! 🙂

    For everything is a first!
    This night we unfortunately experienced a critical issue resulting in an application wide outage.

    As of 03:00 CEST our services were disrupted by an unplanned and undesired automatic update.
    At 07:30 CEST I enabled the maintenance mode for our website preventing as much user interaction as possible.
    From 11:00 CEST we are back online! 🎉

    Conclusion
    Any change within your account between 03:00 and 11:00 cannot be recovered. This includes saved tracklogs, created / modified routes or anything else really.

    Any purchases made between these times have been manually restored meaning that you should have access to the purchased services.

    Account deletion / subscription cancellation have also been lost. These payments will obviously be refunded if this influences your account.

    Sorry for this outage ❤

      Even though the outage was unfortunate, it’s very reassuring to see how quickly the issue was identified, communicated, and resolved.

            @Corjan-Meijerink thank you very much for clear and detailed information, which was really professional. Such things can happen in IT, but the major point is, how to deal with 👏

            Nothing is impossible ;-)
            In past: GARMIN Zumo 210->GARMIN Zumo 395->GARMIN XT=> now: DMD T865-X + MyRoute-App, LocusMaps, OsmAnd.
            In past: GARMIN MapSource ->GARMIN BaseCamp->Tyre->Kurviger->Calimoto=> now: MRA-Routplanner.
