Route guidance issues

Anyone else having issues I have gold membership and everything me or my wife click on the route to start a basic route it keeps telling us to go to the shop and try make me sigh up and pay we are both already gold members this is naff and really annoying don't think I will bother subscription again as I cannot even use what I'm paying for

@john-b-78 Make sure that you are logged in using your subscription email address.

@john-b-78 Is it correct that you are trying to navigate with a gold membership. If you don't have a membership for Navigating Next that is why you get that message. If you have a Next membership for as @Nick-Carthew suggested

@john-b-78 gold membership is only for the web site planning app. For navigation you need a separate subscription/license for the Navigation app.
