Route could not be calculated

Hi, what could be the reason this route will not be calculated on my phone?
The Error message is:
Route could not be calculated
No route could be calculated for your vehicleI have changed from motorbike to car, but no change.
The route was planned on PC and opened on iPhone. I can't find the reason.

@Jörgen Are you trying to navigate? Do you have the offline maps?
-
The only thing I could think of is that you're in offline mode and don't have the map(s) required for the route downloaded onto your phone?

@Herko-ter-Horst My Navigation app is set to offline and I do not have the offline maps for Ireland but the route will open on my phone.

I am not offline. I tried on iPhone (no maps loaded) and on the Android phone there are downloaded maps. I try with and without avoid highway.
I only could think that I am may be to far away from Ireland. But I also deactivated „ use current position „. -

@Jörgen hi Jorgen
When I use my IOS device I get the same error message as you.
However when I open the route on my Android Device the route opens and shows the route to the starting point -

Hello, I had yesterday the same message. I am on Android with Tab Active 3. Finally it was working but those kind of messages are a bit annoying. Actually I purchased the Gold version because of the good reviews but lately I am using more and more Osmand. Hope the next update has also a improved none routing map as I am not always on a track or route. However the route planner is very good.

I try to make more tests. I want to know the reason for this. -

@Rob-Verhoeff Strange, what could be the reason?
I tried to move the waypoint, no change. -
hi @Jörgen
I am currently in the UK in the peak district national park and have just opened a number of routes on my iphone that are also in Eire, (for a trip later in the year) and all opened and worked as expected, albiet navigating from my house
I tried it offline and online both with the same resultnot much help, sorry, just thought i would pass on my findings

I am not sure if this relevant, but I remember there was something in the past.
I am at my home WIFI and have may be (no) or bad GPS satellite signal -
I have the same problem. I create a route on the web MRA. When I open it on MRA Nav (ofline mode, maps downloaded), I have a message "can not calculate".
After a few seconds, it opens a route, but I see a route recalculated (I have a blue line as usual and at some parts I have a white line - like the original route when the app has recalculated)
Maybe I don't use good parameters on the web (I use Michelin map and here-Garmin calculating) -
Good morning. I tried the app now for about 2000 km in Austria and Italy. I must say that I expected more. Unstable with freezing of the app. Planned routes quite ok. Navigation from A to B not convenient with strange guiding. Route not able to be calculated. Free riding without routing not good. Support for Silverfox controller also not intuitive. Pushing zoom goes to the menue which is bad while driving. I will park the app until a better version is available. And yes I am on the latest version.

I suppose you are using a AA/CP device instead of the native app? The UI of an AA/CP app is very restricted due to limitations imposed by Google/Apple. A scenic route app like MRA has more functions to be operated than let's say Google Maps. That is why it is very hard to get the UI intuitive on such a device. The best navigating experience you will get when using the native app. It is not really MRA that can be blamed for this.

No, it's a route creatad by adding start , end, shaping points by myself

@Con-Hennekens I have been using my Samsung tablet. I assume it is native together with the app. I am not using AA or CP at all. Today I gave it another trial. Route planned with planning tool from the app. Not the web version. Connected via hotspot. Route started. Lost connection and app went bananas. I have all required maps downloaded but routing was impossible. I thought the app is switching automatically to off line routing? Stopping the app and restart helped. Still not happy. Web based route planning works like a charm but. This I can state. But navigation next not really good.
