Route of straight lines??

Today I tested an itinerary that I had created with the Windows planner but during the route it made me take meaningless streets and looking at it with the Android device I noticed that they were straight lines, what could have happened?

Take a look at the <Toolkit>.
You probably checked "Offroad".
