Apps Downloading Issue
-
I am having some issues downloading the app from a particular site. Can you help me find the reason and resolve it?
-
@Dumbledor I'm getting curious... There are two locations where you can download the app: Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). So, what's not working?
-
@Dumbledor, are you trying to sideload the APK on a non-google-store phone?
-
I just wanted to download an app that is not available on the store.
-
@Dumbledor There is only one app available from either store and it is called MyRoute-app. If you have paid for a navigation subscription it will be added to your MyRoute-app as a module. There is not a separate app for navigation.

Still no awnser on the questions. Wich app do you mean? Also see the awnser of @Nick-Carthew.

@Dumbledor, I'll try again: What store do you think the app is missing from? Are you using an Android Phone that lacks the google play store?
-
@Nick-Carthew and @Rob-Verhoeff, there are some brands of Android phones that do not have the google play store installed. Android is largely open source, but the google services are not. So I guess what @Dumbledor means is that he is looking for the Myroute App on a not supported app store from e.g. Huawei (post May 2019) for example. Jeez, my phone is THAT old already?

@Con-Hennekens Thanks for the info. It just goes to show that you’re never too old to learn something new.
