App crash after route load

It even crashes when you start an A to B route. I opened the app several times, then it said it was clearing the cache. It crashed again after the cache was cleared and finally after another attempt I was able to navigate.

@Jaap-van-Maanen, Yes, on my devices it also crashes with A to B routes indeed. Very rarely it does not, and if it does not, as long as I keep the app open, loading other routes works fine also. But if I close the app, the trouble starts over again. I cannot put my finger on the exact circumstance when the app does not crash.

@Vlad-Popovici-0 Thanks a lot for the video, it did help a lot. I was able to consequently reproduce the bug.

@Con-Hennekens I did not clearly relate to this post but in my last announcement (https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/3006/progress-update) I mentioned that our main focus now is resolving this issue! The video aided a lot in this process. We aim to release a fix for Android early January!

I have been watching this thread as I am suffering the same issues and glad to see a fix for Android crashing issue is on its way soon. Its been very frustrating having to reload routes and hoping maybe this time it will load!

Glad you found something. I hope it's the same as what happens on my devices. I was so eager to betatest, but as it turned out the crashing issue kept me from doing that completely.

I Have the same problem Today.
I Have Croscall and Android. Last version of Myroute.
I can open the route, but when I want to start, the app closes alone.

I also have the same crashes when loading a route and trying to start navigation: app crashes.

After a couple of tries navigation is possible, but even then after minutes into the ride/route when navigating the app crashes. Not sure if it is the same bug, or a different one.
