Hi,

I’m Andrew from Cheshire in the UK. Found the My Route App when researching best GPS and mapping options for motor biking.

Having spent my life powering myself on two wheels I’ve recently completed my CBT and just waiting for my Mod 2 test (end of October) to get my first big bike - I already have it ready to ride - a Tracer 9.

I’ve spent a lot of time touring on my Mountain Bike and Gravel bike travelling all over the UK.

In my spare time I’m a father, husband, headteacher and Search and Rescue member.

Looking forward to learning more and exploring this and other countries on my bike and motorbike.

I'm Corjan and take care of all the IT stuff for MyRoute-app. We wish you a lot fun with our product. Currently I'm working on the development of MyRoute-app Mobile (our app) and the creation of the new Navigation software (https://mranavigationnext.app/).

I enjoy the UK a lot, been there touring 3 times with my Girlfriend. First on a Tenere 660, then a Tiger 800 XCA and now a Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer!

@Nick-Carthew thanks - I have purchased the pre-sale MRA Navigation app and been using the free version of the route builder. Currently tempted with the Gold version. Can someone confirm that I do need to pay for both even when the new app comes out in 2023.

There are 3 MRA products. MRA RoutePlanner is the heart of MRA and as the name suggests it is the tool for planning and storing your routes and is web based. There are 3 versions of the route planner; Basic which is free but has limitations. Silver which has extra features to basic and then there is the Gold version that has the TomTom and Here planning maps, the full toolkit that allows you to reverse routes, split or merge routes and a whole lot of other useful add ons.

MRA Navigation (Next) This is a separate, phone app to the route planner but links to it via the cloud. It has full turn by turn instructions and is very easy to use. You pay either a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription for this or you can choose a lifetime membership. In development at the moment is MRA Navigation Next A completely re-designed navigation app that will automatically take over from the current app. Those users with a lifetime account will receive an automatic update to Next when it is released.

MRA Mobile This is a free app that again links to your route planner via a cloud connection. This app is very good for tracking as you ride, or for sharing your routes from your route planner library. It’s basically an app version of the MRA RoutePlanner. You can also load a route and use a follow the line style of navigation.

1. Why am I unable to upvote a comment - I get the following error:

ERROR

I'm sure that I was upvoting yesterday when accessing the site on my phone. Today on my Mac it's not working.

2. How do I see what my reputation is and how do I improve it?
