hi all,
I hope you are all well, making the most of the riding time and staying safe at all times. forums of this nature are extremely helpful, and the more input we add as members, will undoubtedly make the MRA app even better. remember no such thing as a stupid question, if you are thinking this then someone else will be thinking the same thing, anyway.
myself and partner do a lot of touring, Wales, Scotland, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria the list goes on. I had a NAV 6 but it failed a few times, now run an XT, far better but does have it's own issues.
I have been using basecamp for quite sometime, once you get used to it, it is quite easy to use, but very clunky.
I discovered MRA on recommendation from forums so I used the free version for some time, I am now a paid up member. it is far easier and more user friendly than BC.
there are a few issues if you transfer to BC, but I have now discovered how to do it via bluetooth and my iPad.
I would like to see the new MR next app before I commit to paying, although as it's almost user led I am sure it will very good and user friendly.
one question, how do I change my forum name as I did not choose it, I have tried edit profile to no avail. anyway keep up the good work MRA inventors

Go to MyRouteApp and click on your avatar.
Than choose 'My account".
You can edit your forum name there.

hi yes thanks for that advice, the name on Myrouteapp is different to the one on here (forum) and if I try through the forum, edit profile etc, all I get is

Yep that is a known issue at the forum part.
That's why I advised you to go to the p MyRouteAp .

MyRouteApp en MyRoute Forum zijn verschillende platforms.
Misschien is er wat tijd nodig voor synchronisatie.
Maar als het te lang kan het handig zijn om zelfs een Support Ticket te maken.

@paul-69 Hello and welcome to the forum. The issue regarding the forum occurred after a forum update (not MRA software). The team are looking into it and hopefully a fix will be coming soon.
