    Dear community,

    As promised to some of our members I've reached out to Sygic to try and see if we can work out a fix for recent connectivity issues with Sygic and MRA mobile.

      also thnaks for transparency however we are waiting for solution and Sygic has its own router planner so i thinkthan if you are not going to push them, they are not going to do nothing for us and then my support to MRA will be for nothing.

        So I have just upgraded to Gold and also vrought the Sygic licence as I have just brought a Ducati Multistrada to use the Sygic GPS system. I now find out I cannot use Myroute App with Sygic! Grrrrrr - I know you are in communication with them - could you keep us updated on your progress please - thanks Stuart

          I've reached out again to Sygic, now that 20 days have passed.

          I was promised that management/development would reach out to me. But so far nothing has appeared in my inbox.

          You can find my reminder below. I really hope that we'll be able to get in touch with them. But if not, we'll start informing people to simply reach out to their support and attach this forum thread.

              @Jochem-Rebergen Like with you, Sygic keeps telling us that they're working on the issue. At this time there's nothing else I can do (as this is a problem on their end, and they recognize it as such).

                I have been in touch with Sygic regarding this issue.

                I have attached a copy of the email thread. In their latest email (4 Oct) they say that MRA Navigation needs to be updated and they have sent the necessary documentation.

                Is it possible to estimate when this fix will be incorporated?

                  Is there any progress with this issue, or a timescale for it's resolution?

                  In the process of fixing the bug can I suggest adding a 'Compare route to Sygic" function to the route planner toolkit? When preparing routes previously, before Sygic functionality was lost, I had noticed that the Sygic route often differed from the Default (Open Street Map), TomTom and Here routes. When creating a route for use with Sygic navigation it would be useful to check for discrepancies and correct these in advance.

                  However, this would be a refinement and it is more important to reinstate MRA Navigation compatibility with Sygic to as it was previously.

                  I would appreciate an update.

                      Toujours pas possible de convertir un itinéraire MRA vers SYGIC sur IPHONE pour la Multistrada peut être supprimer la fonction sur MRA pour ne plus se prendre la tête.

                          @oscar-perez-lopez The Sygic Route planner is awful.
                          I've been a long time user of route planners from way back to Microsoft's Streets & Trips. I can't understand how their route planner is supposed to work.

                            I'm following this with interest as not having to export gpx routes to another tool was a huge benefit. Maybe I'll try Calimoto or something instead of Sygic. 😞

                                @alex-veldkamp Apparently, Sygic (for iOS) can now import GPX files again.
