@robert-bürgisser Yes, you can assume that both files, gpx 1.1 and gpx 1.2, work correctly in the new Zumo. Make sure you transfer the files with the connector or save them as from MRA to your Zumo.

@jim-scarratt-0 said in Tom Tom Rider 42: @hans-van-de-ven-mra-master any idea how i create a map in Tom Tom please? Maybe I'm missing the point, but I have been given routes for 6 days on itn and I've put them on MRA. So do I have to use a Tom Tom programme? Jim, you're using terminology in a way that most here will find confusing. Map = the equivalent of a paper map, i.e. all the roads available in a certain area. This normally comes with your navigation device (any updates should be available through your navigation device's manufacturer). Route = the route you actually want to drive. This is what you can create using MRA Routeplanner. But you've been given routes by others, so you don't actually need MRA. Your device uses TomTom MyDrive to get routes onto your device. Here's TomTom's manual to get routes onto MyDrive and synchronise them with your device.

@anthony-black-0 Also if you download the “.pdf” from the “save as” menu, it will give you distance between and time between all waypoints as well as the running totals for distance and time for each waypoint

Hi @ray-page. Place a route point on either side of the bridge, let’s call them 2 and 3. Click on more options on RP3 and select the skip function (icon of a 4x4). This effectively switches off routing between these two points. [image: 1651050208446-457ba0c3-04cb-43fd-b1c9-5a7880ef7846.jpeg]

@jack-van-tilburg Volgens mij gaat het erom om via de connector meerdere routes tegelijk te exporteren. Backup mogelijkheid van de bibliotheek is mij niet bekend, ik zal het eens navragen

@stephen-morrell 29 waypoints is indeed the maximum number that a Zumo can handle per route. But you don't need 29 waypoints in your route. Make sure you place a formation point every 4 to 5 KM and set a waypoint in certain places. Export your route to your ZUMO XT, make the track visible and you can just use the route. Or convert the track to a trip

@john-forrester Click the three dots on the right of the route in your library and then click start time. [image: 1650533009706-25483970-af45-47e5-a72c-c6ecc379271d-image.png]

@austin The only way to create a route in Waze, is to enter route points in Waze itself. So there's really not much that MRA can do. There's nothing to be "compatible" with for MRA. You'll need to use a different app or device when you want to use routes from MRA. If you're looking for a free alternative, try OSMand.

@scott-blevins-0 Make sure you're importing it in the correct format by either selecting "route", "route-track" or "tracklog" tab in the upload window! It depends on what your gpx file contains: a route or a track. [image: 1650029018096-screenshot_20220415-152300.jpg]

  • Suggestion: Change colour and transparency of main route

Hello everyone, if the option to change the route colour has lower priority in the feature roadmap - which I completely understand - I would however request that MRA changes the colour of blocked streets: Blocked streets are currently shown in black, i.e. in the same colour like the route (with 0% or 20% transparency). See attached example with the blocked street right to my route. Like other maps, I suggest that MRA shows blocked streets in red colour and wider than the route line, so that one can see them immediately when planning a route. Currently, I don't see a blocked street on my planned route. So eventually my GPS notifies when I start my ride, which is when I everytime get mad about MRA. Looking forward to MRA's feedback. Best regards Freddy[image: 1650004493225-screenshot-2022-04-15-083434.png]
