@TommekenTom, Your Goldmembership is a subscription to (the best there is!) planner tool. You can still use that to create routes for your TomTom (deducted from your forumname ). The Navigation app always had a separate subscription, that is not changing. It's just being integrated into 1 app.

@Peter-Cheung I think you are asking what to do if you are on the road with the BMW Connected app and need to restart the route for some reason or how to restart the route if you have deviated from the route along the way. The app has two ways to start the route: 1: Via starting point If you use this option, the app will create a route from your current location to the starting point of your route. You can then drive the entire planned route. 2: Straight route If you take this choice, the route will be created from your current location to the nearest point on the route. You can then continue on the remaining planned route. I myself often use choice 2 if, for example, if I have stopped the route to insert a gasstop or lunch/coffee stop. (there is a third choice to start a route but I find it useless and I have not used it enough to go into it. In that case the route will be shown on your screen and you will drive there on your own). Ik rij nu al een 70.000 km met een goedkope Chinese DooGee (rugged uitvoering) telefoon op m'n stuur met een RAM Mount Tough-Charge X-Grip Tech Waterproof Wireless Deze combinatie heeft tot nu toe m'n telefoon 'heel' gehouden, totaal niets gemerkt van problemen met de camera of wat dan ook van de telefoon. Ik denk dat die trillingsdemping erg belangrijk is, maar er zijn tegenwoordig meerdere systemen op de markt die dit hebben.

@Nick-Dawson Thanks Nick, I'll give that a go. The issue is compounded by the Garmin/ BMW Nav 6 always being low on battery despite hours of mains charging, so it 'dies' just as I'm trying to do something !

@Bas-Brauer Zover ik weet is Tread alleen voor IOS of Android beschikbaar. Als je de MRA Mobile app gebruikt open je op de gebruikelijke wijze een route en kies vervolgens voor Download. Ik heb een iPhone en kies dan voor 'Export' en in de lijst van apps staat dan ook Tread. Kijk voor meer info in de Handleiding MyRoute-app Mobile bij Routes exporteren. (ik heb geen XT2 dus kan dit niet zelf verifiëren)

@Waldo Ich mag auch die Tom-Tom-Curvy-Routen und benutze sie ständig. Der Trick, sie in die Here-Karte zu bekommen, besteht darin, die TT-generierte Route als GPX1.1 (Track, POI) zu speichern und sie dann erneut in die Here-Karte zu importieren. @Peter-Verweij De foto’s staan alleen in je origine route of in een route uit de RouteXpert bibliotheek. Zodra een route gedeeld wordt in een groep of evenement wordt er een kopie van de originele route gemaakt en in de kopie staan geen foto’s meer.
