The overheating problem is gone, and that is great.
I rode in the pouring rain for a few days. Then the usb cable attached to the phone is not convenient. I was able to navigate much of the way without battery problems. A huge improvement.
Adjusting skipping formation points does not work as well now as it did before. If the real road deviates only slightly from the here map, the app already starts skipping points. Recently 2 points were skipped even before I had driven 100 meters (in the right direction).
I have been riding in offline mode every day for two months now. It works great.

Afgelopen vrijdag een route van Eindhoven naar Amsterdam gereden. Auto zoom werkt gelukkig weer. Wat nog steeds niet verbeterd is, is de stabiliteit van Apple Car play. Navigatie op mijn Can Am loopt nog steeds regelmatig vast. Dit gebeurd niet als ik gebruik maak van Google maps het ligt dus wel degelijk aan de MyRoute app. Wanneer wordt hier eens wat meer tijd ingestoken om het probeem op te lossen, loopt nu al zo lang en er gebeurd maar niks.
