Adding pinpoints/stops on a route

When creating a route in MRA from A to B and you want to drag drop an extra waypoint to the route, the waypoint you want to add is always directly under your finger. So 8 out of 10 times the waypoint is added beside the point you would like to have.
Next to MyRoute I also use Pocket Earth to create routes for cycling and hiking. When I add a waypoint in Pocket Earth, the extra I waypoint I drag is visible not exactly under my finger, but above my finger. I had to get used to this in the beginning, but now I just can exactly add a waypoint where I want it. And this way I don't have to zoom in to the maximum to add the exact position of the extra waypoint.
Wouldn't this be a nice feature to add to MRA on iOS and Android? (or make this as an switchable option)
